Reasonably clean, convenient and safe
Pros:

On the good side, the property is reasonably clean, the room was nice and they have an exercise room. The room cleaning staff are doing a good job. One of the three front desk people were very good. The parking was convenient.
On the down side, the property is not managed and maintained well. The vent in room 529 is dirty, the shower needs additional calking around the bottom and the doors on the closet and the shower don't work correctly. In the exercise room there were no wipes so people can't wipe equipment down after exercising and the Peloton Bike was not working.
I paid around $150.00 and I believe that that's about what the room was worth.

Decent for Two Nights
Pros:

The staff are hospitable and the location is convenient.

Cons:

The property needs an upgrade. The paint of the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The window was open when I arrived and was hard to close. The fixtures are worn down.

The staff they were very kind and helpful, respectful and understood the meaning of real customer service!

Cons:

Parking was bad🙁 convention center was having an event,
I paid for parking and no spots were available anywhere even on Utah street. But I called the front desk and told her my problem and the manager came out to give me her parking spot.
She went the extra mile.

Not guest-oriented. No chargers.
Pros:

Since this must be mostly a hotel whose income is driven by airline vouchers they have no real need to help guests. You’d think that chargers would obviously be available for stranded travelers. There are many USB c and A outlets but they are all broken and inoperative & staff have no solution except to drive to a store (no car). No toothbrush etc. There’s an obvious disconnect between guest needs and what the hotel will supply.
