Pros:

The location was great for an early flight. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport.
Bed was comfortable.
The happy hour looked great!

However in overall I’ll give the place 9/10 for the cleanliness, convenient, and complete amenities
Pros:

Very close to the airport, making it very convenient for early or late flights

Cons:

There’s no bellboy who helped with the heavy luggage, as well as when the shuttle arrived. I feel like the hotel location is not as strategic as it could be, maybe surrounded by convenient store will be so much helpful.

Not worth it
Pros:

My room was above the restaurant and they saw we would be at the hotel for 4 nights and never warned us of the banging. The rate was not insignificant, actually on the high side for an airport hotel, and did not live up to doubletree standards. We had 2 people staying in room and they constantly gave only one towel and I had to request the room to be cleaned. Water should just be given like at other doubletree hotels. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice, the room is clean

Cons:

I traveled many times but this time it was a first time I have to pay for parking lot in the hotel I rented the room, when I booked It was included Breakfast but in the morning they said my room is not included and the air they setting up 75 degree, I can’t adjust it so I have to open the window, the bathroom door doesn’t has a handle so hard to close or open.

Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Ive stayed at higher tiered Hilton and hotels but this is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! The sheets were SO soft!

Cons:

The staff - they were not accomodating at all! No cookies for me but they offered to everyone else checking in. And their fixtures are cheap inside the bathroom - towel rack all falling off! So we had no towel rack.
