Staff, not clean the second day, it is the policy not clean every day. No clean towel the second day. Had to call. Call several times no one pick the phone. I had to take the picture and show the staffs to request clean

Music way to loud in dining area. Music in Spanish, not English. Room has no microwave. TV fridge didn't work, they did come and fix them .ironing board fell apart when opened. They did replace it. No cold milk to buy. To many protein drinks for sale. Can do way better on selection. No complimentary newspaper to read in lobby. Shut t Le took me to the wrong doubletree after asking the driving where I wanted to go from the airport. Had trouble checking in. They could not understand that I booked thru eugencia for company buisness. Took awhile for them to figure it out. Staff are nice. No laundry for guests, when I inquired they said no, but did not inform me I could have my laundry sent out. That should have been the second thing she could've said

A minor issue with the air conditioning in my initial room was resolved promptly with an automatic room change—kudos to the front desk team for their warm, efficient service. Complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the fitness center was well-maintained.
Dining at The Landings was decent, though breakfast options could be more varied.
Overall, a solid and reliable stay with excellent service and comfort.

Plumbing issues. Needs major renovation. Water in sink has no pressure. Staff could be more warm and welcoming.
Accessibility to freeway.
Hotel bar is great but, perhaps could use one more bar tender on busy weekend nights.

Great customer service from room maintenance. I didn’t get his name, but he was vacuuming the carpet on the 5th floor and we asked for 2 more bath towels and he attended to our needs very quickly. Front desk check in 👍👍👍, bartender 👍👍👍
There was a sound that sounded like a fan that we could hear from our noon all day and throughout the night.

absolutely the worst hotel stay of my entire life. no hot water and the a/c didn't cool the room, only made it more humid and uncomfortable. pillows were paper thin and useless.
