Cons:

I was there on July 24th and the first night our room did not have hit water. We went to the front desk to asked. And complain about. The manager on duty the night was very rude did not care even he said if we were not comfortable or unhappy to look for another hotel. I don't think that we us costumer should be treating like that. Specially from a group like Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. Bad service.

Cons:

Name of hotel was exactly the same as a hotel on a similar street, south of the airport. Very confusing.
USB PORTS on bedside lamp were defective.. couldn't plug in any cords
Not enough light to read in the room. Had to wear a headlamp to read
Makeup lamp in bathroom was falling off the wall.
Airport shuttle only ran every 45 min.
