Pros:

Great customer service from room maintenance. I didn’t get his name, but he was vacuuming the carpet on the 5th floor and we asked for 2 more bath towels and he attended to our needs very quickly. Front desk check in 👍👍👍, bartender 👍👍👍

Cons:

There was a sound that sounded like a fan that we could hear from our noon all day and throughout the night.

absolutely the worst hotel stay of my entire life. no hot water and the a/c didn't cool the room, only made it more humid and uncomfortable. pillows were paper thin and useless.

The front desk staff on Saturday morning were kind

Cons:

Ac DOES NOT work. Room never got below 78 degrees. Had to get a refund for my second night and go stay somewhere else. Storage closet full of box fans so the issue is well known.

However in overall I’ll give the place 9/10 for the cleanliness, convenient, and complete amenities
Pros:

Very close to the airport, making it very convenient for early or late flights

Cons:

There’s no bellboy who helped with the heavy luggage, as well as when the shuttle arrived. I feel like the hotel location is not as strategic as it could be, maybe surrounded by convenient store will be so much helpful.
