If you're not picky about the sounds outside your window, this is a great place for a great price.
Pros:

The location relative to the port, the embankment, shops, the fruit stand, and the gas station is super. The breakfasts are very varied, even for those who don't eat meat, fish, or eggs.

Cons:

The location is also near the highway, the soundproofing in the windows is either poor or old - you can often hear cars riding along the highway, especially at night
