Excellent hotel and great location. Recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is pretty new and modern, but stylish and not kitch. Very good.
Staff and services in general are very ogranise and precise and both rooms and common areas included breakfast are very clean and tidy.
Location is also super, at 10 min walking distance to the harbor.

Cons:

The only (little) improvement they could do is to provide towels and soap for the bidet!
