Hôtel incontournable pour celles et ceux qui souhaitent allier confort et shopping
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à Puerto Banus; à 300 mètres à pied du Corte Inglès et à 100 mètres de la fameuse marina de Puerto Banus. Hotel de standing, chambre superieur spacieuse et agreable et equipe sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Dommage que pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à Puerto Banus, la chambre supérieur ne dispose pas d'une machine à café (machine capsule) et dommage aussi que la télévision ne propose pas les principales chaînes françaises.

Ons verblijf was opnieuw zeer goed.
Pros:

Ligging is uitstekend, en vormt een zeer goede uitvalbasis voor restaurants en winkels.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt is gevarieerd, goed gepresenteerd, heel lekker en aangenaam zitten.

Cons:

Wij hebben in de badkamer een kakkerlak zien lopen.
Wij hebben het niet gemeld aan de receptie.
Ik heb het opgezocht of dit beestje wel degelijk een kakkerlak was omdat ik twijfelde.
Wij hebben al verschillende malen verbleven in Occidental en dit was de eerste keer dat ik een insect ontdekte.

Beautiful Hotel With Terrific Staff
Pros:

This hotel is a gem and I loved my stay here. The staff is terrific- very kind, very efficient and so helpful. The rooms were large and beautiful. Beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and pleasant with rainforest shower heads, plenty of hot water and lovely thick towels. I missed having tissues as they don’t provide any and the lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit better, but it was really very nice. We had a small kitchen area in our room with cupboards and a sink which was great and every room has a balcony with a little table and chairs. As well there was a sleeper couch in the room which was very nice. Storage was wonderful and plentiful!

The breakfast was gorgeous- something for everyone- so many nice choices and as lovely restaurant.

Although the pool areas were closing February, they were beautiful and clean. The hotel restaurant -Dolce Vita was lovely and the food was excellent!

Hotel location is superb. You have access to everything- the marina, the beach, shops, restaurants, etc.

Lovely lovely place! I would definitely stay again! Beautiful! Highly recommend!
