customer service horrible - had to book a different location because they said they couldn't find our reservation but they had no problem charging us the for the room we never stayed in
customer service was horrible. paid for an extra night and when my crew arrived they said oh we dont have that confirmation number but we still got charged so now I have to fight it.
The hotel was clean and the staff attentive.
Pool wasn't open for the season yet, not a big deal.
Had one night here to see the Shiloh Military Battlefield and it was in a great location, not too far. Near a few bars and restaurants aswell as a Dollar general. Reception staff were super friendly, breakfast was very nice considering it was complimentary, and room was nice and modern.

My AC made a horrible banging noise several times when it came on and turned off. It was also not cooling the room to set temperature

Room was nice
They charged an additional $50 on my credit card above the room rate. They said this is normal. We should get a credit in about a month. To far to another hotel or I would have left.
