Great staff with attention to details like the porter coming to assist in bringing my lugguage down the stairs.

Pros:

Very easy to find from the train station; prompt help with luggage. Courteous and helpful desk clerk. Beautiful decor.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive and crowded tthe morning I used it. Scrmbled eggs were runny and the turkey tasted off. The room did not cool down - so sleeping was difficult.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr komfortables Zimmer, gutes Bett und das Frühstück ist auch super. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig. Gute Verbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

The staff service across all areas - reception, cleaning, maintenance, breakfast, management made this a great place to stay. Always polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable. Great beds. Some accessibility issues for older people with stairs and shower over bath but staff support always on hand to overcome any issue. Located next to Milano centrale provided great access to all forms of public transport and good access to central area of Milan Duomo. Good range of choices at breakfast buffet. Would recommend a stay here.

Hôtel confortable, bien insonorisé, à 2 pas de la gare centrale.

Cons:

Différence d'affichage pour le prix du petit déjeuner : 15 EUR sur booking, 22 EUR lors du petit déjeuner et 25 EUR à la réception ... Tout s'est arrangé, l'hôtel a fait un geste, mais ce n'est pas normal.

резервировали отель второй раз за 10 дней, так как первый раз все понравилось, но этот раз был номер на 9 этаже , видимо рядом с системой вентиляции или машиной кондиционера и все ночь очень громко шумело за окном, выспаться не удалось , и после второго посещения этого отеля остались негативные впечатления,!
