Hôtel au top!
Pros:

Grande chambre très confortable, très grand lit.
Bouteille d’eau offerte. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Emplacement pile devant la gare de Milano Centrale. Vous avez un portier qui vous aide avec vos bagages dans les escaliers.

Pros:

Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. Locatie is centraal direct bij het station en de metro. De bussen naar Bergamo Airport stoppen voor de deur

Good location, close to the Milan Central Train station
Pros:

Location was great, very close to the Milan Central Train Station. I liked the door man system. The door man helped our luggage very well both on arrival and checking out. The three bottled natural water were complementary. There were many restaurants around the area. The room had enough space to open 2 big suitcases.

Cons:

We felt there was not enough fan / air circulation in the bathroom. The bath area was a bit tight. I hit my head to the handrail. Even though I am a small person.

Good hotel in a a convenient location
Pros:

We liked the location, the good sized room and the nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for Italy. They had gluten and lactose free options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in the basement and therefore doesn’t have natural light. It would be nice if the omelette was included in the breakfast and not extra. Same for the porridge.
