Für so viel Sterne braucht es eine zeitgemässe Auffrischung.
Pros:

Sehr zentral. Personal sehr distanziert. Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit wäre angebracht.

Cons:

Einrichtung altmodisch, nicht mehr zeitgemäss.
Lobby über eine Treppe ins UG erreichbar? Fragwürdig für so ein Haus.

Handy for walking around the town or if travelling by train
Pros:

We only had one night at the property before we went skiing in Cervinia. The hotel location is handy for a wander around the town and is right near the train station and the drop off point for the airport bus. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed for a night's stay. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book it but it is offered if you need it.

Perfect Location for Early Train Travel
Pros:

For us it was all about the location. Hotel literally across the road from Milan Central Station where we had to catch a 6am train the following morning. Hotel staff friendly & welcoming & room lovely with complimentary water a few chocolates & a personalised note welcoming us.

Cons:

Not necessarily a dislike as such, however, there is no step free access to the hotel & you have to carry luggage down steps to access it. That said there is a bell you can press & a member of staff will immediately come & assist you.
