The bed was comfortable and tv was nice
First thing I noticed, was an approximately 2” gap at the top of my room door. Noticed later that day, other doors were mounted properly, others had different variations of gaps (some slanted, smaller gapped, and others in between). My room was clean but the sink did not drain properly, I ended up just using the sink water quick and turn off quick for brushing my teeth and avoided shaving because it was a hassle to clean after with the drain issue. The amenities were fair, the breakfast was not the best but sufficient, and the pool was down the whole time. Honestly I had just gotten out of a bad relationship and had no other option but to get a hotel for the week. I tried to pick the nicest in the area and do not feel it was worth the $500 dollars I spent for 5 nights.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. No trash liners in the only can in the room. Front desk clerk no where to be found on two occasions?

Floor was soaked with water from ac asked several days if our account was good we stayed a additional night they said yes up to check out asked if everything was good so we could get deposit back she said yes 3 hrs later they try to recharge us

The room was not good, the bed was very damp and when I went to the front to inform them I was told that they could give me (the guest) new bedding to change it. They gave me new stuff and again the comforter was wet…. We ended up with two double blankets for the night. My husband went to the pool to relax and found the water was green and had stuff floating in it!!! Needless to say he did not go swimming! This was that absolute worst place we have ever been to and will never ever go to another one!
Breakfast was great, staff was wonderful. Around The bathtub there was mold and mildew, not enough towels and bath cloths, and asked for more pillows but did not have any available.

Not much. I was in room 206, there was trash above the coffee pot area. The floor needed to be vacuumed The bed I tried to sleep in had a broken ink pen under the sheets. The light between the bed s did not work. I found unplugged.
Almost every thing. As mentioned above plus the outside entry door latch was broke. Some security. The second floor hallway had dirty towels in the floor and trash all around.
The pool water was green and it was closed ‼️
