The hotel was clean, staff super easy to deal with. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants.
There was a glitch in the Hilton credit card system but the front desk handled it with grace. I think we were the first guests to experience it and she was very apologetic.
The room and common areas were clean and well maintained.
Nice staff
We needed a quick getaway, and decided on this hotel due to its location. This is a newer hotel. We chose a river-side room, and weren't disappointed with the view. It was a very relaxing stay for us, with nearby attractions to fill our days.
This hotel is along the river and so the views from the room are incredible. There is lots of walking area around the hotel. There is dining close by. This is probably one of the best days we had on our entire trip.
Completely confused i booked our stay through Expedia. I explained that i would be bringing my dogs, which i have stayed at this property many times prior. I tried to call a few time before to book through them and could not reach them. When we got there i told them i had my dogs asked to pay the fee for them then. The ladys said okay, i remember her fro. Christmas tume a d she remembered us. I paid all the fees, and signed up for their loyalty membership. The nexts days at check out a new lady charges us $50 more for our 2 yorkies. And then says we can not have membership either. Then asks how our stay was. We have stayed at this place 4 times now we love it there. The location, the staff, the food, but this trip was the most expensive trip we have ever stayed there. At Christmas we stayed for 2 nights and it was a holiday, with our dogs and 4 people. It was loud, drunk people, throwing up outsideour room and you could smell it the entire time we stayed there. But we keep going back because our family lives there, sorry but not anymore.when someone sends requests, talks to you prior, pays for everything ups front and has been there manys times and i up front with you. Do not take advantage of them.
The room was great and all amenities super. Loved the view of the river from my room.
Un hotel, limpio , tranquilo, buen desayuno. Personal muy amable
Beautiful property. Beautiful room. Very clean.
Clean and great staff
The hotel is still fairly new and everything seems clean. Very comfortable beds and a nice continental breakfast.
We liked the size of the room. The only wrong with the room is there was an outside light right outside our window that made it a little hard to have a dark room to sleep. I also think evervroom should haveca fan so we can circulate the air.
The hotel n staff were fine - good bed and decent shower. We noticed a strong barnyard smell in the parking lot (rodeo? Fairgrounds?) but the property had a nice outdoor area on the river. Area seems to be under development. Chose this hotel partially based on other reviews which mentioned a park in walking distance… did not find that.
The manager needed to grow a pair and tell the other guests to behave properly in the common areas. The pool is super tiny and under 5 feet deep.
River view is great.
Pros:
Beautiful riverfront location—perfect for bird lovers. The warm indoor pool at sunset was a highlight, with two walls of windows offering stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with blackout curtains and in-room access to Disney+ and Netflix. I appreciated the quality hair conditioner in the shower and the warm, welcoming staff. Freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch.
Cons:
Very few! The pool is on the smaller side, and the nearby bathroom was quite cold. Breakfast was just okay—biscuits were dry even with gravy, and I would’ve preferred scrambled eggs over the pre-made cheese omelets. That said, the make-your-own mini waffles are a fun and tasty alternative if you’re open to something sweet instead of savory.
Very nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was also very good.
Every thing is Awesome!
Love the location service and river views
