Room was hit no air in and when turned it on it takes too long to cool off. The breakfast was not good at all. We passed on it. Friendly people.

Hotel wasn't even open

Property is really poorly maintained and smell bad completely hotel.

Our first room had spots on the ceiling and walls that had been patched up. Spiderwebs were in the corners. The shower head did not work and the water pretty much poured out. That was when we asked for a different room. Part of the pool area had became a storage area for old TV’s and furniture. I don’t know how this could pass an inspection. Out our room window we could see an old patio area that was junk storage as well. The good thing was the motel atmosphere was quiet.

The gentleman at the counter was the most friendly guy I’ve encountered at a hotel front desk. Julie was super friendly and even made my waffle after asking if I was too late. We will stay again.

The security lights were shining around our curtains all night. Looked like daylight, disturbing our sleep.

The hotel was run down and dirty. Had an odor that was very unpleasant.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We stayed at the Quality Inn on Elpers Road in Evansville, IN, checking in on July 12, 2025, with confirmation #58208617. We reserved three rooms and were charged four separate times. One of the rooms had no hot water, and when we brought it to the front desk's attention, all they offered was a measly $10 discount. That was just the beginning.

The rooms were disgusting—mold in the toilet and sink, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty, TV barely worked, and there was an actual Corona bottle cap on the headboard. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. It felt more like a trap house or brothel than a hotel. The pool was filthy, and the parking lot activity made us extremely uncomfortable (I genuinely believe the police would find something if they investigated this location).

The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to listen to our complaints or provide corporate contact information. When we finally got ahold of Choice Hotels corporate, they refused to help simply because the room wasn’t paid for with my card—even though I was the one staying there.

This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely lacking in hospitality. Absolutely do NOT stay here.

This stay was terrible! From the rooms to the complementary breakfast.
*The ceiling had cracks which lead to leaking in the beds and stains on bedding which wasn’t washed. Also aunts in the bed!
*Vomit or some other body fluids on the bed skirt and floor
*Showers were out of shampoo and conditioner *Pool was freezing and no towels
* They have machines for apple juice and orange juice but only water available
*If you like waffles that’s all they had with yogurt

The only positive were owners that were kind and let us change rooms at least after we shared pictures from the room, to move rooms that were hardly a step cleaner.

Someone tried to enter our room. They had a valid KEY CARD

This hotel is disgusting. Our ceiling was full of water stains in the bathroom and above the bed. Our first room had bugs and only one bed had bedding. The worker was sleeping in front of the television in the lobby. The door didn't lock properly. There was trash and pallets in the parking lot. There were random chairs out front in the landscaping that I assume are for the workers to sit and smoke. Everything was run down and dirty. This place needs a lot of work. We had reservations at a different hotel, but they gave away our room so this was a last second option after a long day of driving. I would never stay here again. I can't believe that Choice Hotels allow their name to be on something of this low quality.

It was clean and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Large room. Older facility but well maintained. I would stay here again.

The entire property was completely dirty and in disrepair. Walls were dirty floors or dirty.
When I initially got to my room, they were used towels in the sink, and somebody had been laying in the bed. The entire room was not cleaned.
Trash was overflowing outside and the outside walls have not been cleaned for years.

Super nice staff! Clean in all areas. Comfortable beds. Nice size refrigerator in room. Would highly recommend.

Location and price were best attributes.

Room was not the best ceiling had cracks and bad patch work walls had cracks.Bed spread had what looked like dried vomit. Controls on A/C was nasty like a child had touch with gross hands. Dresser was broken and waterlogged.

The room smelled like straight musty and cigarettes. The room had bugs everywhere and stains and dusty. There was food on the floor, the pool areas ceiling was leaking in many places.
For breakfast the only thing they had out at 6:30am was waffles and cereal. As a former Quality Inn and Suites manager I couldn’t believe the condition of the hotel. The front desk agent had her children in the waiting area. I will be asking for a refund.

Sheets and towels were clean. Furniture in the room was dirty and grimmy. Breakfast was between 6 and 9AM. At 7:30AM there was little left and no staff to service the breakfast. My spouse had the LAST bisket with grave which made her physically ill within a half hour of driving. Had to stop to let her vomit. And what little was left was cold. I do NOT recommend the motel. If i could rate it a zero would.
