Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room didn't feel clean and there was a very unpleasant odor. I think the odor was from the cleaning supplies.

Location and effortless check in.
The beds were super comfy.

Cons:

The included breakfast was ok-ish.
Didn't like the eggs stuffed with something that "looked" like cheese. Hard boiled option would have been nice. Coffee was warm at best.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

The location of the property was good and the room was nice until the guests in next room checked in.

Cons:

The staff was unable to manage the unruly guests next to us. Blaring music and aggressive fighting until 1:30 am. We called the front desk no less than four times to ask for help and finally told them it was time to call the police because things were getting slammed up against the wall- but the staff did not call. We were not feeling very safe nor valued. We got less than 4 hours of sleep. If our drive home wasn’t over 4 hours we would have left in the middle of the night. At no point did anyone even offer to compensate us for the terrible stay.

Cons:

All of the equipment in the Fitness center didn't work. If you're not going to keep the Fitness center working, with nice equipment, don't offer one.
