Situated in a place right near the CBD but didn’t feel like it with the park across the road. Fantastic rooms super comfortable bed! Breakfast was amazing!
The bed was excellent and very comfortable, the pillows also were very good. The room was pretty large with good a/c and a small balcony. The TV channels were poor though you could link programs from your phone which worked pretty well. The bathroom was okay but the shower was difficult to stop leakage to the bathroom floor. We didn't have our room serviced and as a result got a $10 credit to use agains food and drink each day. The parking was okay but very busy getting the last space on our las night. The pool was nice and there was a v very small gym there as well. Breakfast was reasonable but it could have done with fruit juices and cold water.
Our requested quiet room was on the top floor and away from the lifts, however the busy main road and TL's below us was at times obtrusive during the night. The bath/shower combination was dangerous for us (both 70+) to get in and out of, a good handle would make this operation much safer.
This is our favourite hotel to stay in Adelaide, the beds are the best i have come across.
It was a a public holiday and there was no room service or restaurant open. We love their room service pizzas so was a little disappointed with that.
