Across the road from the beach , food/coffee shops. Great kids park across the road
Neat & tidy

Cons:

No tv in the bedroom. It matters when you & your partner don't like watching the same shows. No freezer in the fridge that we needed. Walls around light switches are dirty

Great spot, great views.
Pros:

Great location right on the Esplanade with lovely views over the water. The room was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay. We did have to change rooms due to a leaking air conditioner, but staff were helpful in resolving this. Overall, still a pleasant stay in a very convenient spot.

Cons:

The only real downside was the traffic noise during the night, which was quite noticeable.
