Price re what had been written up, did not meet price
Nice clean rooms, overall very tidy and clean. Great with the free parking onsite as everything around Cairns is paid parking. The hotel is great if you have younger kids as it is right opposite a playground. Its also on a short walk to the Cairns esplanade and is a little more quiet than staying right on the esplanade. I would stay here again and can recommend it.
Nothing to complain about.
Location was central to everything and being across the road from muddys playground was amazing for the kids. The room was really large so the kids could run around and expend some energy before bed.
For the size of the room, the bathroom was very pokey. We also found that a lot of water spilled out of the shower due to its design which was a slip hazard.

Bathroom too small. Shower too hard too regulate temperature.
This was our 5th visit to the hotel and it never disappoints. Our suite was spacious with a fabulous sea view and spotlessly clean. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic and the bed is comfortable. Staff were all friendly and each year we see improvements to facilities to keep the hotel updated.
We would really love to have a toaster in the room.

The smell from the aircon of old moisture problems and no fan in the bathroom.
Location is PERFECT! I always stay here because it’s just so easy to access everything. Coffee / food across the road at Muddies, a short walk to the main Esplanade and night markets. It’s practice and normally an amazing stay, clean and tidy.
I usually stay here when I come to Cairns, however my stay this time was not as pleasant as normal. Unit wasn’t as clean as normal.
Please note: if you are looking for an ocean view make sure you request levels 4 and above as level 2 does NOT have an ocean view and not worth the asking price for an ‘ocean view’

Modern decor, exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed and linen, welcoming friendly staff, beautiful pool, perfect location. We look forward to returning.
