Booked my trip and hotel was closed after traveling over 4 hours to get there so I had to turn around and leave and drive 4 more

Run down kids are in the hallways on the floor playing. Unsupervised just put you in the mind of a apartment complex ran down
The location and the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms could be better but it’s worth it with having a kitchenette. The cleanliness is kept up with the housekeeping staff. The noise level is okay but some guests don’t care for others. Front desk staff are AMAZING!
Best experience i have had for the past 3 years.the staff is wonderful.new manager has made great changes. The best would not go anywhere else.
If you are looking for a hotel that has the option where you want to feel at home this is it. I would say their guidelines and fees are a little much for little they offer but it’s cheap! I would say cleanliness is not what I expected I had to clean myself but I always bring cleaning supplies whenever I stay at hotels. But other than that it’s a decent hotel don’t expect much.
I don’t like that you have to pay for towels. The floors were very dirty!
The young lady was excellent & the maintenance man
Where do I start. No clean towels or sheets were ready for me. Room had Multiple COCKROACHES!! A guy called me around 11am to try & tell me he couldn’t accommodate me after me booking the room months in advance. After me saying he needed to figure it out , he gave me the worst room. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Dishwasher was broken. I am requesting a full refund of $370 back on my card for all of my inconvenience. I also cut my trip short because of all of this .
I have not been to an Extended Stay hotel in over 10 years and the clientele has definitely changed. I was worried when I got off the elevator and the hallway to my room was dirty. However, my room though old was exceptionally clean. There were kids playing in the hallway, some teenagers yelling at one another but all were respectful and all got quiet about 8 PM. It was winter (dark early) and kids need to blow off steam. I have no complaints since it stopped at a reasonable hour. I had a dog with me and my lone complaint is that guests were not real good about cleaning up after their dogs. I'd stay here again.

Had most of what was needed. They worked with me where they could and checked on us whenever they saw us to ensure we were having a pleasant stay.
They want you to pay a deposit if local which I was not. Each pet fee is expensive and have to pay it per pet. They all have kitchens but would be nice to have some kind of breakfast area apart from the room.
The staff was very friendly. Room was clean

Our stay here has been nothing but Awesome! We had to move at the last minute and David Kniffen and his staff have been nothing but terrific. I'm in a wheelchair and get a lot of deliveries and they are extremely helpful. If we have an issue it's resolved within the hour. They are extremely pet friendly and I would highly recommend staying here!
My experience here so far has been very good, front desk staff does an EXCEPTIONAL job helping me . Rooms kinda out of date but very spacious. I really appreciate David for all his help throughout my stay . Shatara Tammy and Khadijah the best front desk staff!
