Ample of parking

Cons:

There were ants on our bed and we tried to clean the bed up. The man attending to the front desk made me feel quiet unwelcome like he was being forced to check me into the motel

Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Warrnambool.
The Reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming when we arrived.

Cons:

It was a shame that the restaurant wasn't open over the ANZAC day weekend. The Reception arrange a breakfast pack to accommodate us.

Pros:

The location and facilities were fine enough clean but missing things like wine glasses etc

Cons:

The man at check in was extremely rude and as someone who works in high end customer service travels a lot and stays in a lot of hotels I was absolutely shocked at the rudeness of this man and it really put a dampener on my stay.

Pros:

Staff were nice, restaurant great & handy for late dinner. Bed comfortable. Room was a great size.

Cons:

Hot water very slow in shower. Being woken at 7am by various workmen refurbishing roof right above us, was like a jack hammer going off. Poor form given we're paying for a place to sleep while on holidays. Weren't warned beforehand. 9am would have made more sense, or don't hire out rooms near them.
