Staff was excellent. Lamp shade looked like it came out of dump. Completely rusted. Far had drooping blades. Rust around door stop. Around bathroom tile needed a good cleaning. Room we we were in needed renovating.

I loved this hotel. It's a bit old but very comfortable. The staff is great, the pool area and services is great. The cafe bar at the pool is great and so are the pool hours. We will stay here again.

We have stayed here before. It’s convenient and not expensive. The hotel has gotten a little old and they should do some improvements but with that said it is great. I can’t complain. The breakfast is great as well. I always stay here when going to Orlando.

Very friendly staff and a really nice location if you are going to the Disney Parks. Plenty of food and convenience stores around you to stock up your room. The hotel was very quiet while we were there which was really nice. Free parking which is a rarity. The only "complaint" I have is that when Housekeeping attended our room (they only do it every 3 days), they forgot to restock our toilet paper and wash cloths. When we got back to our room and saw this, it was late and housekeeping was gone so I had to walk down to the front desk to get it at almost midnight.
