Well run
I had a surprise $50 fee (two then one) on my checking account which was explained as a deposit fee. This was after I had checked in for 3 days and checked out.
Poor
Fruit was old, jut not what I expected as a hot breakfast!
Location was nice, pool was nice. Beds were sufficient, nothing great.
AC Did not really keep up and this is not a hot area of the country. It was not the most expensive in the duluth area at all, but for 300/night I would have liked a working AC.
The bed was very comfortable, rooms were very clean, I had to go to work yet my friend slept in, accidentally until one and I wasn’t billed for it, that’s really cool. It was a nice room and all around cozy! Also clean.
Can’t really think of anything I had a great time and a great stay!

We were there for a wedding. It was a stressful couple days of wedding prep but Sam at the front desk was all smiles and extremely helpful for our entire stay
Great bed.
TV didn’t work. The front desk just said it’s not working and we’ll call maintenance in the morning. No offer of another room. Vents are gross. The grounds are unkempt. Breakfast was also disappointing.

The room was very clean and comfortable
i liked it had a pool as wells as coin laundry
they also had fresh breakfast i didn’t eat it but other were
the bed sheets and blankets were stained wasn’t cleaned very well at all the bed was made but not with clean laundry.. there were tons of kids running up and down the hall slamming doors there was no body soap and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t even see the pretty sunset
