Pros:

It was very peaceful and very clean. I was in town for business so whenever I would get back to my room, the first thing on my mind was REST. And I was able to get plenty of rest at this hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Cons:

Everything was great during my stay. I just wish the room had a microwave instead of having to go to the lobby to warm food up.

Worst Experience
Cons:

Honestly the whole experience was unacceptable. Checking in, no one was up front. I kept calling out. Finally a lady came out and said she was tending to the laundry. Then the kiosk to check in were not working. An elevator was not working. Our room privacy blind didn't work, trash bags were not in the cans, no soap in the shower. Their bottles on the wall were empty. Then the bed sheets had worn and ripped holes, so when trying to get under the covers your toes would get caught in the rips. Had to sleep on top of the comforter and use my 3 year old daughter's blanket from the car to cover up.

Good value for an overnight quick stay.
Pros:

Easy to get to on and off the highway. Good value for the overnight stay. Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

The overall hotel was slightly dated/worn.

Clean and pleasant staff

Cons:

One of the elevators was broken (there were only two) and the hotel was packed. Very hard to catch an elevator. When the water was turned on in the shower, there was a horrible noise came from the piping in the wall until you turned the faucet on to scalding.

Horrible place
Pros:

Unprofessional - check in staff wearing crocs - look like they just rolled out of bed to go to work. 2 night stay not credited to my account. Room was never cleaned ….I’m a lifetime Marriot platinum elite member and the Hyatt standards just don’t compete with Marriot - I wont make the same mistake again
