Very nice way to see Hells Kitchen at the Peace Center.
Pros:

Very nice staff, very nice breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious room, good value.

Cons:

Our room 305 was very nice, but there were a few random spots of reddish substance on the ceiling and a wall. They need to wash or paint over that.

People were nice, but the upkeep of the facilities are not priority.
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

Dirty with an old used towel left in the bathroom. The plumbing in the shower and sink were both loose like someone hired a non plumber to install new faucets. The gym had only 2-3 hand towels remaining, the Clorox wipes for equipment was empty except for two sheets left and the treadmills needed servicing.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The suite was clean, and comfortable. Excellent friendly customer service. Check out @12:00pm was an excellent. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious, with several choices I look forward to visiting again.

For the price paid, I'm will pass on staying on any Hyatt property.
Pros:

Very little room was clean check in/out simple not much else

Cons:

Room design - bathroom shower too tight. You have to straddle the toilet to shut the door. Bed way to soft pillows were so soft might as well not have. Room layout was disconnected. The closet are was on the opposite site of the draws to put things in. Sofa slid a lot not comfortable. Room noisy as it was next to kitchen. We heard all about some of a workers problems with her friends with a very loud voice at 5:30AM. Breakfast sucked by the way. Coffee was sold cold one guest tried to heat it in the paper cups and it melted or exploded. Food was very sub par. I would not even give this 2 stars.

Overall, our stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Pros:

The location was convenient for us, as we were passing through Greenville on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations. The linens did not appear clean, a used towel was left in the bathroom, and there were several ladybugs and even a stink bug in the room. In addition, the staff member at check-in seemed annoyed to assist us, and we had to go down multiple times to request linens for the sofa bed.
