Pros:

I was in a room that had an adjoining door. The other side had children and was a little noisy. But they were just kids being kids so no biggie and quieted down at an appropriate time. All in all a good experience. All employees were wonderful.

The location to Bon Secours and the mall were perfect!

Cons:

Our room smelled strongly of Marijuana in and by the bathroom. I had two young teens with me so it wasn't ideal.

Friendly staff. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and had a mixture of items

Should be better for the price
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth.
But man, the smell like kitchen and fried food over many days is everywhere. And as we walk in the room, there was a blood stain on the outside of the toilet bowl, and the faucet was broken, and it was still broken after repair next morning. And somehow no room service, we stayed for 2 days, but you can always call the front desk for more towels, they are really helpful.
