Definitely not quality that they charge for.
Cons:

The beds were horrible so hard felt like you’re sleeping on a cinderblock and the pillows are so thin as as if you had none when staff was communicating via text and I would reply with my concerns nothing was ever responded to neighbors were thumping on walls and loud all night long when we tried to go swimming, there was a group of Younger people in the pool with no concern to anybody around and I have an infant and they’re extremely loud and spitting in the water kids unattended. Upon leaving, nobody is tending to the wet floors on the way to the elevator about fell twice.

Pros:

Amy and staff sooo helpful and encouraging!!

Cons:

Nothing! (well, the hallway is chilli... not a big deal but could be improved. Staff had no control over this)

Pros:

Hot tub...roll in shower...night lite in bathroom.

Cons:

Our room Being by breakfast area...we heard all the cupboards shutting..woke us up at 6 am. Breakfast was pitiful. Only western omelettes..no plain. Allergic to peppers. They had biscuits ..no gravy. Toast and waffles..was my choice. No apple juice. Such a skimpy breakfast.

The lady that checked us in was real friendly. The pool was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious.
