Pros:

Unfortunately, there’s not one positive thing I can say except for the daytime staff at the front desk was a little bit more pleasant than the evening staff. The daytime staff actually acknowledge me face-to-face instead of looking down at their phone.

Cons:

The tub was clogged and never got resolved, and my room was never moved. The room was a non-smoking room that smelled like heavy of cigarettes, including the sheets, and the comforter was disgusting smelling of smoke. I am asthmatic. I could barely understand the smell of the room. There was cigarette stains all through the room.

Great location, comfortable but not luxury
Pros:

Very well located near the airport. Staff helpful and good choice of food items and convenience store products.

Cons:

The hotel does need a bit of attention, bathroom doors are a bit damaged, and plug points need some fixing. Minor details needing a little work to improve it all round.

Cons:

Everything other than the bed no facilities restaurant appalling staff a disgrace and extremely old and smelly furnishings bathrooms so old my son would not shower
