I needed a motel room due to missed flights and HJ had availability.
Pros:

Howard Johnson had room availability when I missed my connecting flights and had to rebook my flight to Texas.

Cons:

Room 107 needs a total renovation. The bath tub is peeling. The dead bolt lock does not work. The room is dark.

Stay away if you like a clean and safe place to sleep

Cons:

Room was filthy with stains on everything. Bedding was not clean either. The place smelled. Staff was horrible and there were sketchy characters hanging around. Felt very unsafe

Cons:

The cleaninness of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair on the toilet area, dirt on the walls , liquid residue on the floor. It was in a terrible condition.

STOP!! DON’T BOOK HERE!!
Pros:

It is July 2026 and my experience was SO BAD I’m just now able to write it. We were stuck at the airport and didn’t want to spend another night at the airport. We walked in and were greeted by about 8 men working. The place smelled like grease from the kitchen (located in the lobby area), stale lingering 24/7 cigarettes, and the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, cleaned or replaced.
The room smelled of cigarettes like it was melted into the fabric. I didn’t want to touch anything for fear of getting sick. We slept on a blanket we had! There was also a man who was cleaning the rooms with a cart. I never saw one woman there working. It was extremely creepy!
I’m not sure how this place stays open and the health department hasn’t given violations to them. It was like we were in a scary nightmare! I know it’s been 7 months but that place is so disgusting I want to warn everyone to not step foot in there!

A little elbow grease would go a long way.
Pros:

I liked how the lobby had had an antique look. I also like that the glass windows were almost soundproof since we were staying next to the airport. I like that the staff was super friendly and housekeeping, gave a lot of towels.

Cons:

I didn’t like seeing a dead roach, stuck on the placard behind the desk. Checking in. I really thought the hotel was gonna be riddled with roaches by seeing that someone should take that down immediately. It looks like a little roach period on the end of Howard Johnson’s when walking in. I didn’t like how the shower curtains touch you when you take a shower because it’s not on a bended rod for an attached tub. I didn’t like how behind the bed. It was extremely dirty and dusty. I didn’t like that there was dirt in the bathtub, which required me to clean the tub upon entering the hotel room because it was dirty. I didn’t like the burn marks on the countertops in the bathroom. I didn’t like the water pressure or the corroded showerhead. I didn’t like that the water temperature didn’t get that hot.

OK für 1 Nacht!
Pros:

Die Lage am Flughafen, leider direkt an einem Schrottplatz.

Cons:

Wenig hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, jung und völlig unerfahren!. Konnten kein Fragen beantworten. Behaupteten nichts gefunden zu haben als ich am Abend nach der Abreise zurückkehrte um ein vergessenes Sakko zu holen, sollte dann am nächsten Tag wieder kommen, dann am nächtsen Tag azf den Manager warten, dann nach heftiger Diskussion doch gefunden, dann sollte ich mit Foto beweisen dass es sich um das Sakko handelt, dann noch heftigere Diskussion - endlich Herausgabe!
