Las instalaciones super bonitas, limpias y comodas, ademas de la ubicación increible que teniamos todo cerca y accesible.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y el personal del hotel es amable y servicial. El desayuno buffet es bueno.
El estacionamiento está unas 3 cuadras, no es que en realidad sea malo, porque tienen muy bien su control de accesos al mismo.

El estacionamiento esta muy lejos , es terioso caminar tanto
Su ubicación es privilegiada ya que queda muy cerca de la central de Autobuses ADO, el zócalo de mérida y la terminal de autobuses a puerto progreso.
Sus habitaciones han mejorado bastante, cada que los visito veo más modernidad y arreglo.
Durante la estancia al parecer un evento el cual causo mucho ruido y no fue posible descansar el todo. Existía mucho ruido por lo cual no se logró descansar al 100%
me parecio muy limpio, accesible ya tento el personal
que los otros huespedes eran demasiado ruidosos y la acustica del lugar incrementa esto. pero el personal lo resolvio al reportarlo
La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica, el desayuno es muy variado y rico, la habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. Sí me volvería a quedar allí.
El internet es algo lento, pero funciona la mayoría del tiempo.

La chambre était propre. Des bouteilles d’eau sont a disposition quand on arrive. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Le personnel a été adorable (réception et service du petit déjeuner) tout au long de mon séjour.

El desayuno estuvo fabuloso. Tenia una gran variedad de alimentos y muy delicioso 😋
Encontramos una cucaracha en la cama, el resto estuvo bien. Limpieza diaria y el personal muy. La ubicación es inmejorable.

El parking se encuentra lejos (unos minutos a pie), la ventana de la habitación daba al interior del edificio, y no cerraba, cualquiera podía abrirla
La remodelación está quedando excelente y todo está mucho mejor, solo el elevador le falta mantenimiento
