Muy amables y esta en un lugar muy céntrico..

Cons:

Que tengan agua caliente para bañarse, nunca hubo agua caliente en todo el tiempo de nuestra estancia 😔

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, puedes llegar a muchos puntos de interes con solo caminar unas cuadras, las habitaciones aunque son pequeñas son muy comodas, limpias y bien distribuidas. El baño muy amplio y limpio, siempre contamos con agua caliente, toallas limpias, agua embotellada y limpieza en la habitación ✅️
La terraza tiene una vista espectacular 👌🏻
El buffet de desayuno vale la pena agregarlo ya que aunque no es tan variado tiene lo indispensable (fruta, aguas de sabor, cereales, cafe, chocolate, chilaquiles, huevos al gusto, huevos motuleños, quesadillas, hotcakes y otros guisos mas) asi que se puede comer muy rico y es super comodo no tener que estar saliendo del hotel a buscar que desayunar...
La alberca se veía muy bonita y limpia pero no tuvimos oportunidad de utilizarla.

Cons:

La señal de internet al menos en la habitacion no era tan buena 😞

Me super encanto el restaurante, los 3 dias que estuve hospedada, el servicio fue excelente.

La comida muy rica.
La atención genial.

El señor que ayuda con las maletas, de 10.
Muy amable, me ayudo siempre con las cosas que llevaba, tengo 2 niñas y siempre muy atento.


Las recamaristas muy amables y siempre todo limpio.

La atención de los de recepción siempre muy seca. Nada cordial.

Tuve el suceso de que mi bebé de 9 meses vomito y mi hija de 7 años fue a notificar al de recepción lo que pasó. A lo que él contesto...y??

Cuando el debió rápidamente checar quien podía limpiar y de cierta forma preocuparse por un bebé vomitando. Debe haber un equipo o personas capacitadas en el hotel para auxiliar, ya que un bebé se puede bronco aspirar.

Esto, siendo muy trágicos. Pero si un punto para que el hotel tenga un margen de respuesta empatico y humano. Por parte de todo su personal y en primera instancia recepción.

El estacionamiento esta muy lejos para mis necesidades familiares. Si fuese en pareja no tendría ningún problema caminar tanto.

Pros:

まちの中心部に近く、どこへでも歩いていけます。スタッフもほぼフレンドリーでした。
各フロアにウォーターサーバーが有り便利です。朝食は７時から食べられて、フルーツが沢山ありました。
ドライヤーは部屋にはないですが、レセプションで貸出可能です。

Cons:

ベッドが大きかったですが、椅子などが無く少し手狭に感じました。２人以上の旅行だと狭いかもしれません。
シャワーのお湯は時間帯やほかの部屋の状況によってなのか、すぐ出るときと出ないときが有りました。
一階から上の階まで階段が吹き抜けになっているため、深夜や早朝の他のゲストの声が響きます。
