Restaurant petit déjeuner buffet excellent avec un large choix
Parking, (un peu éloigné de l'hôtel) c'est quasiment le cas des hôtels à Merida

Cons:

petitesse de notre chambre qui apparaissait trop encombrée = impression d'étouffement

El estacionamiento está un poco retirado del hotel, de hecho (Al llegar) uno viene cansado de manejar por muchas horas y sería una mejor experiencia que contaran con servicio de valet

We are very disappointed with the property. First the description on booking is misleading as we booked a room with two bed where you can clearly see on the picture that the room has a window. However, when we arrived, we were attributed a room without a window on the outside. On the contrary, the window was opened on the corridor as such that everyone going out of the elevator could see in our room. We had to negotiate with the staff to change our room.

Secondly, the pressure of the water in the bathroom was very low, and the hot water was very very limited.

The breakfast included in our booking was clearly not at the level of 8/10 hotel. Very disappointing.

Our new room was also equipped with a broken window: impossible to close it completely, so it was raining on the inside (on the bed).

I really don’t recommend this hotel, or at least be aware of the above.

Lugar perfecto para hospedarse y salir a caminar por sus alrededores.
Pros:

La ubicación esta fabulosa, a unos pasos de la plaza grande.

Cons:

EL hotel estuvo perfecto. Sólo un tema de escandalo por la madrugada pero eso fue responsabilidad de los huéspedes adjuntos. NO respetaron las horas de sueño. No es problema del hotel.

El hotel muy bien, hay que mejorar al personal.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena en pleno centro, se puede llegar caminando a muchos lados. El estacionamiento queda a 2 cuadras, pero nos sirivió muy bien. El precio con respecto del alojamiento es adecuado, y las habitaciones están limpias, el desayuno está bueno, no es mucha variedad, pero es comida de calidad.

Cons:

Hubo al menos dos personas que no fueron amables en la recepción. La primera cuando llegamos que parecía que nos regañaban antes siquiera de entregarnos la habitación diciendo lo que no se puede hacer. También cuando pregunté por la salida tarde, parecía que les molestó o que pensaban que no quería pagar el extra, no sé, y en una ocasión le preguntaron a mi esposa sí habíamos estado en la alberca, mi esposa contestó que sí, y en seguida la tipa le dice: llevensé sus cosas y ropa no las pueden dejar ahí... y no era de nosotros. Hubiera sido más fácil preguntar, amablemente para variar, si esas cosas eran nuestras.

Pros:

Está como a 2 o 3 cuadras del centro y frente al restaurante Chaya Maya por si quieres comida Yucateca.

El baño no tenía puerta del lado de la regadera, por lo que se mojaba el resto del piso del baño, la comida del restaurante no está mal y te ahorra tiempo para no pensar a dónde ir a desayunar y prefieres algo más cómodo. El menú es un poco variado con fruta, diferentes quesadillas, diferentes preparaciones para los huevos, y 1 o 2 opciones de comida yucateca. pero pudiera mejorar tal vez el sazón, y el pan de dulce (las conchas) estaban un poquito duras.

Booking mezcla alojamientos con el mismo nombre de ciudad de distintos paises. OJO.....
Cons:

Hice una reserva para Mérida España( eso pensaba yo) y era Mérida México. Estaban mezclados los alojamientos de los 2 paises en la misma página. Pagué 2 hoteles para una sola noche. Booking no se ha dignado a responder.
