A perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location, room very comfortable, perfectly clean with all the necessary utilities. Awesome staff very welcoming and attentive to our needs.

It was okay for a one night stay.
Pros:

Conveniently located to FAMU.

Cons:

Room had a musty wet smell. Other than that pretty good. No complimentary toothpaste. I didn’t bring toothpaste so I couldn’t brush my teeth. For hot breakfast they served biscuits, gravy, and sausage links. No eggs, waffles, grits, etc. They had coffee, juice, mini muffins, prepackaged oatmeal, apples, bananas, oatmeal cream pies, yogurt, and bread.

Pros:

The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was too dark. It needs more lighting or lamps. The bathroom was too small and needed more toiletries. There should be shower gel in the shower, not at the sink or in both places, and a shower cap would be nice.

Cons:

They put me in a room that was already occupied. When they changed my room there was no remote and they would not provide me with one. When I checked out because the accommodations were not what I paid for they marked me as a no show so booking.com would not give me a full refund.

Overall, the equipments were well ordered but the service wasn’t upto the mark expected from the hot
Pros:

Air conditions were good and worked well. The ventilation system was fine. The room was clean enough. Mini refrigerator and microwave oven were in working conditions.

Cons:

There were homeless walking almost inside the compartment. The drainage system of hotel room's restroom was poor, water leaked out in the room. The stuffs weren’t that helpful with the right information.

Needs Improvements
Pros:

The staff was very helpful when addressing an issue with the stay.

Cons:

When the stormy weather hit, the ceiling began to drip in several areas onto the bed causing the need to move to another room to which there weren't any available. So I cut our trip short to checkout a day early. Also, there is no elevator and the pool is at the back or side of the building. Therefore, you can't enjoy it if it starts raining. Lastly, carpet needs to be replaced throughout entire building or better yet removed & replaced with new flooring.

Pros:

I used this hotel as a half-way stop over travelling to New Orleans it was only for 1 night.
I loved the breakfast in the morning.
My family & I were all on the same level

Cons:

Some of the rooms had a bad odur to them.
Staff were great and very helpful getting a replacement room

If they upgrade their policy to stop single use, I would consider using them again in the future.
