Cozy and close, I would return again for sure but may plan breakfast!
Pros:

I really liked that the staff was nice, and how the room was cozy: especially with how cold it was outside. It’s such a great location.

Cons:

I do think the breakfast can be a little better, some eggs or pancakes would be nice. It just didn’t feel like enough options so eating the same thing isn’t ideal if you’re there a few days.

Once we got the issues settled we had a nice stay
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was good. .

Cons:

The first room we got the sink leaked. They moved us quickly but the second room didn't have the cable hooked up so we had to do it

No aplican las cancelaciones. Mal desayuno. Habitación amplia.
Pros:

Tiene una muy buena ubicación. La habitación es amplia y limpia.

Cons:

Cambié mi fecha de estadía y llegué antes a la reserva inicial. La cancelación por la reserva inicial no la aplicaron aunque la realicé 2 veces. El desayuno es muy malo y el área para desayunar es sucia, pequeña y no es apropiada.

Overall, all of my preferred hotels had no vacancies. So, I booked
Pros:

I liked the fresh banana and hot tea

Cons:

The ceiling in our room looked like old asbestos that needs to be removed. The interior of the building smelled like water mold. The hallway ceiling was covered with floor laminants/planks....which made the ceiling appears too low.

Updates are being done, but looks like they were not professionally done. Toilet moved around and shower handle and faucet were off balance.

Ok for one day and as your last option
Pros:

Near to FSU, great for one night to see the game but no more than that

Cons:

Dirty, smelly and full of dust, doors at bathroom with no locks, electrical boxes exposed at the floor, breakfast is simple and will go fast, I saw more than one person loading plates with food to take to the room, if you ask they replenish the food but don’t expect eggs or jelly or cream cheese.
