I felt like I was being nickeled & dimed for everything.

Overpriced for what you got. No free breakfast as advertised, you had to pay for parking, rooms were average, shower was well below average. Insult to injury, though I was on the top floor, there was someone dragging bodies around above me. I had to complain to the front desk.

Cons:

que compramos la reserva con desayuno incluido y al llegar al hotel nos indicaron que hace mas de un año no tienen incluido el desayuno y nos tuvimos que comunicar con ustedes para que nos solucionaran, pero ellos nunca aceptaron fueron ustedes los que nos tuvieron que aceptar esta falla por parte de ellos.

Will be back, as always have. It is one of my go-to's.
Pros:

I enjoyed the overall comfort of bed and pillows, and the clean A/C unit, which I never use, for the humidity we had.

Also, the coffee maker in the room and the hot water!

Cons:

Not having stock of toilet pape and Kleenex, but front desk took care of that immediately.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The facility is clean & very comfortable. It’s not fancy but absolutely a great place to stay if you want to be in Santa Monica but don’t need a pool or to be on ocean. It’s easy to get around from this location
