Miły i pomocny personel, w szczególności Pan 'Joy Division', pszepraszam, nie pamiętam imienia. Pozdrawiam.

Cons:

W ofercie hotelu były śniadania, ale według nas były to tylko słodkie przekąski, kawa i herbata.

Pros:

The location and surrounding area felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We would especially like to thank Mr. Rasim for his warm hospitality.

Our room was very clean. To be honest, we had some concerns due to previous reviews, but our stay exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

You shouldn’t expect a very extensive breakfast; however, it was still quite good and satisfying.

Customer Service not good
Pros:

The location was very close to where my wife and I needed to go for our visit to California

Cons:

My debit card was processed for half the amount of my booking by the hotel and when I asked about it as I had paid the whole amount through booking.com the had no record of them trying anything on my card. Then I still had to use another card for the deposit. It has been a week and while the deposit has been returned to my credit card the hold on my original card is still pending and I can't get a straight answer from the hotel when I ask them about it

Comfortable bed; bathroom well stocked

Cons:

Loud conversations at 4 AM- 5Am in the parking lot above my windows. I guess there isn't overnight desk help.
Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Not sure if man and woman were employees or guests.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen LA-Besuch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer geräumig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist als Standort zur Erkundung von LA gut. Eine knappe Stunde fußläufig vom Santa Monica Pier entfernt. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Das "Frühstück" ist nicht viel mehr als ein Kaffee to Go und ein paar Müsliriegel.

Great home away from home for a few days. Bed was great.
Pros:

Was comfortable, clean and handy location. Not to noisy. Was an older style but that’s what we expected for the cost. Loved staying there and the staff were amazing. Would stay again 100%.

Very pleasant stay staff helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Very clean. Breakfast could have a little more choice too many sweet items. Toast would have been nice.

Cons:

No downstairs toilets and no bar. Nowhere to put underwear and tee shirts etc in bedroom could do with some drawers. More coat hangers required. Balcony could do with a clean.
