EXCELLENT Staff and facility!!
Pros:

The Front Desk Staff was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! She offered us an easily accessable room, told us how to get warm coffee and hot chocolate in the late afternoon of a rainy day, where to find Thai food and how to get there, Was even there in the MORNING!!! We chatted alot and she gave me 3 books to read!!! Absolutely the best front staff we have met!!! The Best book was the one she got "goose bumps" giving it to me... "The Shack"!! We started out at the Other Best Western in town and they were rude and unhelpful. What a JOY it was to find this staff!!!

A JOKE....
Pros:

Nothing....It sucked...we were there a week....they had no juice of any kind the first two days and no orange juice the rest of the week not to mention no meat at all for five days at breakfast..... terrible hosts, when you asked them about why, they didn't even apologize...what a rip off...never again !!!! Shame on them ....$220 a night for that....WOW

Terrible place...do not recommend !!!.....had 3 inch holes in our towels....never changed the sheets in a week..
