Un gran recepcionista, pero muy mal hotel.
Pros:

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

En el periodo del Rally, solo vimos a un recepcionista 24/7 (muy esforzado y felicitaciones a el), pero lo encuentro un abuso. Mala las maquinas expensadoras, habia que ir a un negocio cerca. Entiendo que todo estaba lleno en Sturgis pero no puede ser que el primer dia del rally y con el precio que cobran este tan mal la asignación de recursos. No volveré mas.

This place will never be my choice again

Fairly clean

Cons:

There was never staff at the front desk. You had to ring a bell. It was very hard to understand what he was saying when he did become available I do have to give him credit for being friendly. Our TV did not work the whole time we were there the vending machines did not work. The continental breakfast was terrible two items. Something that looked like scrambled eggs and sometimes sausage. There was a table right outside the door, where everybody sat it was filthy, dirty, and hard to get in and out of the front door. It’s very noisy and loud.

It was clean, had pleasant staff, and we would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. I actually thought I left something in the room after I already departed so I called them and they walked to the room and checked for me while I was on the phone. The room was clean, there was some cosmetic issues in the bathroom and the toilet was wobbly, but overall, it was clean and there were no other issues.

Cons:

The only true complaint I have is about the bed. This is supposed to be a handicapped accessible room and the bed was extremely high off the ground, I literally had to climb and pull myself into it. Also, it is listed as a Queen size but it was definitely closed to a full size and the fit with my husband (who is very tall) and our small dog was very tight.

Not perfect but decent.
Pros:

The bed was awesome. Not to firm and felt like it had a memory topper.

Cons:

The room had a smell to it. The sink is outside the bathroom, which is fine but it's on a corner so there is very limited room to set your items on.

Cons:

No elevator. At breakfast, coffee machine wasn't working properly. We (along with others) dumped the coffee it was so bad. There was no one to inform about the issue. No one at the front desk for the 15 minutes we were there for breakfast and checkout. Left key cards on the desk.

We were so very happy with this very friendly facility.
Pros:

Clean rooms, beds very comfortable, location was perfect and the staff rocks!! Very friendly and the front desk gentleman was very helpful. Definitely will stay again when traveling to Stugis, SD!!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing!!

Cons:

Staff made us wait over 5 minutes at check in. Said room number out loud in front of other ppl at check in. Asked if I had a man with me, at check in. Had to “ring bell for service” to many times to count. Won’t be staying there again, even though price was good.

Room cards had to be reprogrammed every day at least once. Wet dirty towels not akways removed and replaced with new

Cons:

Breakfast rubbery eggs. Terrible tasting sausage and low or nonexistant orher food items. Glad McDonalds was close staff was not helpful because it was booked thru bookings. Asked to stay another day and would nor allow us to stay in the same rooms until we told them if we had to pack our stuff up we would just book another hotel. So they let us have the same two rooms
