Location.The ground it's built on is in a location that is a plus. That is the only reason to even think about staying here. THEN STOP..

This should not be a park and fly! Shuttle service on return from airport was horrible! It was almost 2.5 hours after our pickup call that we arrived back at the hotel. Also waiting for pickup the same a.ount of time was a couple with 2 small children, and another couple with an elderly man in a wheel chair. We were asked to move pickup locations as well and driver could not find us. Lots more but not even getting into that nightmare. See picture of the dangerous way the driver put luggage into the passenger area of the van. He was slamming after the passengers had already boarded.
We tried to talk to a manager upon arrival back to hotel and where told she was not there and where given a business card for the director of sales.
Called a couple days later, and again was told n I manager but they would have this person call me back.
I also needed to discuss why my credit card was overcharged. Guess what, 17 days later and still no call back from manager.
Do not use this hotel for park and fly. Worse experiences ever for this service and no response.

Easy to locate from the highway

BEWARE OF SHUTTLE WAIT TIMES!!! Hotel is a little dingy but the rooms are clean. I choose it for the location to get home sooner after a trip. That didn't work out. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the shuttle pickup is an issue. They know you are coming back but you end up waiting 1+ hours for the shuttle to get you. Every other person at the hotel shuttle pickup was gone, their shuttle was either waiting for them or arrived within minutes. NOT Country Inn & Suites Woodbury, 1+ hour wait and then the driver drove like a maniac. Short stops, fast curves - everything and everyone flying around the van, passengers were upset.

The rooms looked clean overall, but there was heavy dust accumulation in the windowsills. The bathroom floor had a few hairballs on the floor. Strong scent of cleaner. Shuttle service was the WORST!! We had to take a 4:45am shuttle for a 7:30 am flight to Florida! When we returned, we waited 1.5 hrs for pickup. This required 5 phone calls and each time reassured that driver was close by and would be there soon. Now my sister and 94 year old mother have a 4+ hour drive home! We should have been returned to the motel by 3:30pm. Instead it was almost 5:15pm. I have used the Sleep, Park, and Fly many times, although this was my 1st time through Country Inn and Suites, and been very satisfied. I have notified the company of my dissatisfaction through 2 customer satisfaction surveys, and have heard nothing. I seldom write reviews, but I felt I needed to share this experience.

Convenience comfortable bed

Convient to get to the state wrestling tournament. Been staying here for 4 years

Terrible Communication for the shuttle pick up, took more than an hour. And then had to call and they said 15 more minutes.

RUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNN! I do not recommend staying here. Dirty, doors dont lock, and heat didn't work in our room. 50 degrees when we woke up.

Great Stay, the most friendly staff, clean room. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool and jacuzzi so relax and nice. Competitive prices. The on site restaurant Green Mile is great, very delicious food, menu has many great options, friendly and helpful staff and good prices and excellent environment,
