Disappointing, wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Close to the highway

Cons:

Dirty rooms, unkept and dirty pool, breakfast was never stocked and always half empty, staff were not friendly, never saw room service despite them supposed to come on day 3.

This isn't a hotel I would choose to come back to if I was traveling for business
Pros:

Breakfast had a great variety. Bed was comfortable. For as large of a facility that it was, it was extremely quiet. Staff was extremely friendly. There were many gatherings (birthday party, a reception, etc.) and other guests in the hotel looked like they were enjoying their time there.

Cons:

The tree contractors that were staying there loaded their grocery bags full of breakfast items such as muffins, fruit, numerous pancakes as though it was there personal grocery store. I only utilized breakfast 1 time because of them running out of food. I didn't have time to wait around for it to be replenished. Facility: The elevator was broken my entire stay. You could go up, but not down, which made no sense. Wifi: since I was traveling for work, I needed wifi for video calls. It was so slow, that I wasn't able to do those video calls.

Good stay
Pros:

I really like the pool and the hot tub.

Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean room, good breakfast, nice pool, and the shuttle was very helpful. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Cons:

We had a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. When we complained to staff they gave us another room that smelt of mold. The third room they gave us smelt fine but didn’t have working ac (we are in the middle of a heat wave and it’s a high of 95 degrees). We ended up having to stay in the room that smelt of cigarette smoke. No other action was taken to rectify the situation. I had difficulty breaking and was congested the entire time I was in the room. As soon as I left I was fine.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We called ahead, because we were going to be arriving earlier than expected. We were told that there would be an extra fee for early check in, which we were fine with. When we arrived, an hour and a half early, we were told our room was not ready and that it would not be ready until the 3:00 normal check in time!! When we came back, the person checked us in, gave us our keys, but never informed us about breakfast, pool hours or any other information needed. We then planned to find a restaurant to eat breakfast. When we went to check out, there was actually continental breakfast!! The carpets are filthy dirty, the hair dryer, blew all the gfci outlets, so no hair dryer to do our hair, no information in the room about the amenities, places to eat, nearby attractions. The TV had very minimal channels AND the volume button on the remote did not work. There are huge scratches and dings on the walls (not a huge deal, as long as we don't get charged for any damages!) The bathtub has no anti- slip grips, nor any handicap bars to help from falling. The kleenex box has a holder, built into the wall, in the bathroom, but it's literally the best metal box (looks like something I made in shop 7th grade shop class!) There was no cover to hold the box in place, so when I needed a tissue, the box fell onto the counter top. This hotel DEFINATELY needs to be updated and cleaned.

Hard Pass on this one
Pros:

Stayed here because we have stayed at other Country Inns, it was reasonably priced, and offered a park/sleep/fly rate. Room was adequate, but hotel was way past its prime and in serious need of an update. Walls very thin -- the room next door's TV was on the wall by the head of our bed and we could hear their TV all night long. Met in the lobby for the shuttle to the airport in the morning, only to find that the incoming shuttle (on which we were to depart back to the airport) was experiencing transmission issues on the highway and was going to be very late arriving, and hence, departing very late (as if we would even get on a shuttle with serious mechanical issues). At this point, since we had a series of planes to catch, our only option was to drive to the airport ourselves (nearest Uber was 20 minutes away) and pay $$$ to park at the airport. We asked the hotel to reimburse us for this additional expense since we paid to park at the hotel with the understanding they would transport us to the airport. General manager was adamant that the lack of a working shuttle was not their problem -- because the shuttle is a complimentary service. (???) We have generally had good experiences at Country Inns, but this one is a hard pass....

Pros:

Location was easy

Cons:

Dingy, not clean, front desk staff not engaging,
Tub was clogged. Couldn't use shower after first day of stay. Then bugs floating in water that wouldn't go down the drain.
