I am upset that I booked this hotel not knowing about how bad the area was. My family and I booked 2 rooms for a decent price, but we were very heartbroken when we woke up to find a fishing pole cut off & stolen off the top of our vehicle. We also booked this hotel for the many amenities mostly including the pool. That happened to be closed the day we stayed, which we weren’t notified about until we checked in.

Cons:

We stayed three nights and didn’t get our sheets changed because they say they don’t do that. When asked for towels the front lady was extremely rude because I sent my daughter to get some, we are on day two and I had to ask for everything because no one came in our room to do anything. The WiFi immediately was slow on night two, didn’t work the morning we got up to leave. The website we had to pay extra for breakfast but apparently it comes with the hotel and is free to everyone! Everything had a lock on it, you have to go to the front desk to get the key to exercise, staff was rude at the front, at night it was extremely loud and hear everything

Pros:

The breakfast was fine. Exactly what you would expect from a free breakfast.

Cons:

The floors in my room were so dirty I had to wear socks the entire time because you could feel the dirt on the floor. The lobby smelled like mildew. The pillows in a king room were the size of throw pillows. Not even regular sized pillows.

Excellent but needed a better front desk lady. She was not friendly at all.

Everything else was amazing

Cons:

One of the lady’s that worked the front desk while I was there. I didn’t get her name but she worked during the day was kinda rude. Many times.
