Good stay.
Pros:

This Spark Hoel was very nice. We had a great experience and very comfortable stay. The only negative was the pillows and bed were not very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was good for traveling in the area.

Pros:

Pas grand chose. Situé près d’une voie rapide bruyante et de lieux commerciaux (vêtements et fast-foods). Ça c’est assez pratique.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner « inclus » est une honte! Il n’y a quasiment rien! Je n’avais jamais vu ça! Par ailleurs la porte de la salle de bain-toilettes ne pouvait pas fermer car la porte avait gondolé (donc ça ne date pas d’hier).

Pros:

The front desk staff was welcoming. There were place to eat near by.

Cons:

The walls are to paper thin. You could hear everything from the neighbors next to you and on top of you. Our first night we got no sleep. He heard stomping and things dropping on the floor (our roof) until 4am. Our third night half Our room lost power. Then on our last morning our toilet would not flush. This caused us to have to go down to the hotel lobby to use the restroom and unable to take a shower because the front desk staff said maintenance was coming. After an hour I called back and they said oh maintenance hasn't went by let me check with them. At this point I said we'll we already went down to use the restroom and we need to shower to get ready for the day. We ended up all showering and checking out with no maintenance ever coming by. Also the rooms and pool area could use cleaning and updates. I will provide Pictures. We won't be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Also there's a pillow that smelt like mildew.

Heard the road, construction workers for the property parked their truck outside my window blasting music at 7:30am. The breakfast was not good. But more importantly when I was checking in I was interrogated about my medical condition because I have a service dog. That is highly illegal. The guy was like well I have to put something down. Then my boyfriend who was on my room was told he couldn’t charge drinks to our room. Lastly, they put us right across from the maid service room and they were highly loud early in the morning. Facilities were broken like the side door.

Decent Room
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and firm. The flooring had plank flooring and no carpet so an extra plus especially dealing with allergies. You couldn't hear the people in rooms next door so it was a good night sleep. Couldn't hear much of traffic either unless you opened windows. Breakfast was basic continental, bagels, fruit, muffins and juice/coffee.

Cons:

Small room for 2 Queen beds and family of 4. Restroom/shower area small as well. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Your head sinks into them with no support at all and that was using 2! Would except more from a hilton.
