Amazing experience
Pros:

First time at this location. Amazing stay. Everything was perfect from location to the room to the breakfast buffet. It was truly service at its finest.
One of our party wondered if laksa would be available for breakfast as he thought he saw it and was told the dish only resembled laksa. It turned out to be an entirely different noodle dish. We thought that was it until one of the staff arrived later with a bowl of laksa they made especially.

So very thoughtful and intuitive service from the entire staff and subtle useful design touches in the rooms. Thank you for a memorable stay.

L’emplacement dans la ville ( Orchard), la décoration, l’extrême confort mais surtout la gentillesse et la qualité du service.

Good hotel for a few days
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and diverce. Location is good - near shopping centres. Staff were mostly helpful and assisting any way they could. We had a nice surprise for valentines day.

Cons:

Doors slamming could be heard from early morning, although it would depends on your neighbours. Can hear neighbours from upstairs too if they are loud.

Sensationelles Hotel!
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Sehr sauber. Grosse gepflegte Zimmer. Am Pool wurde man richtig verwöhnt. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Es war wundervoll. Waren in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels weltweit und der Service das wir hier erlebt haben war aussergewöhnlich! Danke vielmals!!

Lovely Stay
Pros:

The staff at Four Seasons are warm, friendly, attentive and in general just great! They are helpful and were keen on ensuring we had a great stay.
The amenities were also nice.

Cons:

The pools were a bit small, but still lovely.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the facilities were kept in pristine condition. The central location made commuting easy. I would definitely stay here again on my next city visit!

Pros:

The hotel is excellent Four Seasons experience. If you don’t know wear to stay, always go to FS.

Cons:

Suggestions: breakfast should have more vegetables in my opinion, and the conditioner in the gym should be more powerful.

Life saver for a family trip
Pros:

This hotel was chosen to accomodate a travel stopover on the way to Shanghai. Parents were very happy with the hotel choice, the food at the restaurant (Jiang Nan), and overall service. Very grateful to see the care and attention once the situation was explained to staff. Really helped to make the overall trip a great success. It was also a benchmark experience for when we arrived in Shanghai at a hotel I had not specifically chosen. At that hotel, even the staff agreed that the Four Seasons is the benchmark.

Cons:

Hope all the flashy tourists choose other hotels so the relaxed, quiet, comfort vibe is retained amd served with maximum efficiency. Everything worked well during this trip. Thanks very much to the excellent staff!

Tout, vraiment tout . Séjourner dans un hôtel Four Seasons est la garantie d’un confort 5 étoiles sans aucune faute . Confort absolu avec une literie de rêve. Les chambres sont spacieuses très bien agencées, rien ne manque pour le confort avec tous les petits détails en plus : choix de thés et tisanes de qualité, machine à café, produits de bains délicieux. Et en plus un service de conciergerie « clef d’or » quoi que vous cherchiez : problème médical, places de théâtre, shopping spécial ils ont la parfaite solution à tout . Petits déjeuners extraordinaires. Et dans tous les hôtels les restaurants sont excellents, souvent il y a un étoilé Michelin.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, discreet and courteous-from the front desk, to Jack of housekeeping who left us the sweetest note and Kenneth of guest relations who organised a special birthday surprise for my niece. The room was well lit, well-appointed and plush and the shower was amaazing.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The staff are excellent-discreet and courteous, they go the extra mile from housekeeping where Jack tidied up my charger cables, to Margie of the front desk who sorted our extended stay and the guest relations team who arranged a special birthday surprise for my niece. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is so comfortable.

Ein perfekter Urlaub, der unseren Standard verreisen verändert hat.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Club Zimmer mit dem besten Blick bis Marina Bay. Das Badezimmer war perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Der Service war toll im Zimmer und beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich der Service hervorragend. Die Lage ist super, die U-Bahn-Station direkt vor der Tür ein riesiges Shoppingcenter mit Restaurants auch.

Cons:

Einzig kleiner Minuspunkt Ist der kleine Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Der untere Pool ist zu kalt, um daran länger zu verweilen man fühlt sich etwas beobachtet der obere Pool ist da besser geeignet.
