Cons:

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool, as I was traveling with my children. However, upon arrival, I found out that the pool was closed for renovations, and this was not disclosed at the time of booking.

The hotel refused to cancel my reservation, even though the main reason for choosing this place was no longer valid. I contacted customer support, and they acknowledged that my case was reasonable and said they would resolve the issue. As a result, I had to leave and book another hotel.

In the end, I did not receive a proper refund — only $43 was compensated, which clearly does not reflect the situation. On top of that, I was asked to leave a review, even though I never actually stayed at the hotel.

I strongly recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm that all essential amenities (such as a pool) are available, because resolving issues like this afterward can be very difficult.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The mattress offered an inadequate level of comfort, and the pillows were of substandard quality. The bed frame exhibited damage. The decor appeared outdated and had not been updated.

The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The entire hotel was under construction. There was no pool and there was construction debris all over outside and in. The facility definitely needs an upgrade everything is worn out and dirty.

Served a purpose
Pros:

Easy access from highway, clean throughout.

Cons:

I had a king size bed. One side of the bed was not at all comfortable - either issue w/mattress or something else that made it impossible to use that side of the bed.

One other thought. I was an elderly woman traveling alone, using a cane. The room I was assigned was almost at the end of the corridor, while a couple I traveled with, also having a king bed room was assigned a room two doors from the elevator.
Even from a personal safety standpoint, I wish that the attendant could have assigned a room that was closer to the elevator, both to save me steps with my cane, and also to not have to travel a somewhat dark and desolate hallway alone.

Although the location was overall clean, there was a significant heating problem in the room.

Cons:

Room heat was broken! Room never got warmer than 58 degrees!! When I told the front desk they assured me the new style thermostat needed to see occupancy in the room before the heat turns on.
