Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación ,el personal amoroso y resolutivo, además nos entregaron una cuna sin problema. El desayuno super variado y rico

Clean, in great location and good home amenities
Pros:

I liked how the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of different food. The menu changed each day I was there so it kept breakfast interesting. The room was comfy and clean, and had all the necessary appliances I would find at home. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and other stores in town.

Cons:

You can really hear the planes on take off, which does makes it difficult to sleep at night at times.

Great place to stay. Needed better housekeeping
Pros:

Room was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Parking was secure.

Cons:

Did not receive housekeeping services even after request made at the front desk. Room was entered at least twice.. We knew because the ice bucket was removed and not returned.

A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel that I’d happily stay at again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well laid out, and I appreciated having a kitchenette. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient to the airport, and the gated property made me feel comfortable staying there as a solo female traveler. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall property felt well maintained.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the soundproofing a bit, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Relaxing and cozy stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed the hospitality and helpfulness. We didn’t eat breakfast each day but day 1 we did and enjoyed our meal. I enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool as well. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious.
