Pros:

J Jeremy tge front desk staff was very pleasant

Cons:

No blanket for the sofa bed no body wash breakfast could have been better to be Hilton just could have been better for the price and as being an Hilton honors member I excepted better

Wonderful stay. When I'm in Columbia that's my go to spot.
Pros:

I have allergies and I was glad that there was no carpet on the floors. Made a big difference in my stay.

The stay was good however I wasn't credit back my money for one day.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. I had to leave a day early. I was told that I would receive one day back however the hotel said that because I paid through booking.com that the money has to be refunded through booking.com. I originally set up to leave on May21st however I checked out of on May 20th.

Pros:

I requested a 1pm check in. When I arrived at 2:45pm, she rudely stated that they were not honoring my request and check in was at 4pm. I asked if I could wait in the lobby and she informed me that I could wait in my car and call and see if the room was ready. I was appalled by her customer service. Her name was Karina.
