Great clean property with amazing Staff, close to Fort Jackson.

Very disappointed I ended up paying more money for a room than what was provided for me!!!

The room we booked was for 2 full beds and a pull out couch. We are a family of 6. When we arrived they gave us a room with 2 full beds. When I took my printed receipt from Booking.com down to them they told me they don’t have the room I booked available, and offered to sell me a second room for $233 so I would have enough beds for my family. (After over an hour on the phone with Bookings.com, they offered to send me to another hotel 20 minutes in the opposite direction I was traveling) when I asked about compensation, I was told we should hear something back from them in 24 hours… that was 12 days ago at the time of this review. I never heard anything about about my room issue, or how Bookings.com was going to try to make it up to me. (The woman on the phone seemed suprised why I would want to drive 20 additional minutes back in the direction I just came from, and 20 minutes away from the way I was heading the next morning.) the lady at the counter told me this was a Bookings.com issue and there was nothing she could do to help me.

Didn’t hold reservation and were charged more for less.
Pros:

Our reservation was not held. We were ‘upgraded’ from 2 queen beds to 1 king bed because they did not have any rooms with 2 queen beds left. As a result we did not have adequate bed space and got charged over $30 more.

Cons:

If the held our reservation then that would have been best. But we didn’t like paying more for less bed space.
