Best experience ever
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. Stayed in the king suite and the experience was amazing. Super clean and very modern and updated. The pool was great. The whole thing was just a nice stay. Staff was also super friendly and accomadating.

Decent, but I would prefer a room to smell fresh and clean.

Booking problem or hotel miscommunication? Not sure. Didn’t even get to stay.
Pros:

The staff was helpful in telling us another location we could stay. Even though I had a reservation booked WEEKS in advance. The help was atleast appreciated.

Cons:

Even with showing my confirmation at the front desk we were told they didn’t have a room for us/ reservations on file. We then got charged the full amount the next morning, and when I called they were confused because apparently they DID have our reservations. Though willing to refund, very disappointed with the turn of events. Sad we couldn’t stay as the reviews seemed good.
