Gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage,wunderschöner Frühstücksraum,leckeres Frühstück (bis auf die Brötchen,da ist echt Luft nach oben),sehr nettes Personal toller Service an der Rezeption (Kaffee,kalte Getränke).Schön wäre ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer (oder Kaffeemaschine);definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert

Wir wuerden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel vor allem wegen der zentralen Lage (Naehe Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof) ausgewaehlt. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfuellt, sowohl von aussen als auch im Hinblick auf die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer (mit Dusche) war gross, das Bett sehr bequem und die fehlende Klimaanlage wurde durch einen Kuehlturm ersetzt. Vor allem das Personal verdient ein grosses Lob. Auf Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dass die Dame am Empfang dann auch noch Spanisch sprach, hat uns besonders gefreut. In der Lobby stand immer kostenloses Wasser, Kaffee und Tee sowie Obst zur Verfuegung. Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Restaurant, allerdings ist auf dem Hotelgelaende ein italienisches Restaurant.

Bahnhofs- und Stadtnah - Insgesamt fürstlich - kein Wunsch blieb offen
Pros:

Schon zum zweiten Mal für Urlaub hier.
Vielleicht etwas angeranzt. Trotzdem fürstlich gefühlt.
Große Zimmer, Minibar, Bad (mit Fenster im Zimmer 201) und WC getrennt. Reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem königlichen Raum. Wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof.
Aufzug und Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden.

Sehr nette Bar unten im Haus.

Personal perfekt.
Immer wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Im Sommer könnte es trotz der dicken alten Wände ziemlich heiß werden.
Leider gibt es nur Ventilatoren, denn der Denkmalschutz lässt den Einbau von Klimaanlagen nicht zu.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, interessantes Gebäude.

Cons:

Das Haus hat an manchen Stellen Renovierungsbedarf. Man wundert sich etwas, da man denkt, man könnte mit relativ wenig Aufwand schon mal viel erreichen, z.B. in dem man die beiden Eingänge etwas aufhübscht.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la zona in quanto sembra frequentata da persone strane. Le fotografie sul sito sono corrette, ma ci sono dettagli che non si vedono nelle foto e che fanno crollare il gradimento (come ad esempio il boiler sotto il lavandino in bagno, oppure il calorifero intorno alla vasca da bagno. Inoltre non esiste un ristorante per la sera.
