Tolles Hotel, ausgezeichnete Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und das Bad hatte eine Badewanne. Die Zimmereinrichtung mit heimischen und positiven "altmodischen" Stil war sehr funktional und gemütlich. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine Tee- und Kaffeeküche steht in der Rezeption 24h zur Verfügung. Die Auswahl beim frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte sich sogar frisch zubereitete Crepes machen lassen. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kann nur empfohlen werden.

Tolles Gebäude, schöne Räumlichkeiten, super Frühstück im tollen Frühstücksraum, nettes Personal, gute Innenstadtlage, Safe und Kühlschrank im Zimmer, WC getrennt von der Dusche, großes Bad mit Duschgel und Handseifen. Große bequeme Betten. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Der Teppich im Hotel- Flur im 2.OG abgenutzt. Türzarge im Zimmer verzogen und abgeschrammt. Keine Mücken/Fliegennetze am Fenster.

Отель хорошо расположен и в нем есть бесплатная подземная парковка для автомобиля.
Здание отеля историческое и очень красивое. Имеет свою территорию с отдельным рестораном.
Нас приветливо встретила сотрудница отеля Валентина, которая очень приятно общалась с нами и помогла нам со всеми вопросами.
Наш номер для двух взрослых и ребенка 10-ти лет оказался очень просторным и приятным.
Интерьер отеля и номера выполнен в историческом стиле и не очень современный.
Комплимент от отеля (вода и конфеты) нас приятно удивил.

Завтрак был достаточно хорошим. Особенно нам понравился вкус омлета.
Мы остановились в этом отеле на одну ночь.
После check-out нам разрешили оставить машину на паркинге.
Нам это было очень удобно, так как мы смогли гулять целый день по центру города и после прогулки уехать из отеля и города Регенсбурга.

Nur der Preis stimmte mich versöhnlich.
Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels

Cons:

1. Tiefgarage ohne Aufzug
2. De facto habe ich Personal nur beim Einchecken gesehen, dann - eher per Zufall - einmal eine Reinigungskraft im Aufzug am zweiten Tag meines Aufenthaltes.
Bei Verlassen des Hotels bzw. bei Rückkehr sah ich nie Personal an der Reception.
Dafür bekam ich aber drei oder vier Emails, wie ich online auszuchecken hätte.
In diesem Hotel wird "Einsparen von Personal" wohl sehr genau genommen.
Es ist daher sehr (!) kalt und unpersönlich.
