over all it was a nice facility and stay
Pros:

We were on our way back home to TX and stopped for the night to check things out. It was nice and liked that you can walk from the pool to the beach. We are trying to plan a trip in May

Cons:

We do have pets and wanted to know if that fee is for each night or a flat $75.00? If you could send the answer to me at stacy.foley@claimchecknow.com I would appreciate it.

Pros:

The view was great and the maintainance staff were the sweetest and you could tell they were super busy. They had just hired a new bartender that had talked to in passing and she was super sweet as well.

Cons:

Housekeeping appeared to have been rushed from the last clean up. There was an old hair tie on the floor, some shells and rocks, etc. There was nothing in the shower as far as shampoo, soap and conditioner. The sliding door curtian was just chewed up with holes and the inside portion of the airconditioning unit was a little rusty with metal pieces sticking out of that area. There was light sockets in between the 2 beds but no bulbs. And no I didn't complain because my whole purpose of going on a solo vacation was to get day to day work stress out of my system, didn't want to start my days off with more. Also at check in, that gal had a short attitude and I just didn't want to deal with that kind of negativity anymore after traveling. The front desk as a whole could learn from maintainance staff attitude.

Pros:

The location was phenomenal and hotel was so clean! Very impressed with crew, especially the crew that diligently cleaned the pool every morning

10 dollars to park as a hotel guest was annoying

Overall bad experience in the room
Pros:

It’s very old property the taps and phone was also missing some buttons

Cons:

There were roaches in the property and the bedsheets looked pretty old

Nice hotel but rooms were very basic, locations and cleanliness were excellent
Pros:

Location, pool was nice but too cold to use, outside area was nice.

Cons:

Room was very small. I was trying to find into online about how big the room is. Plans changed and our couples trip turned into a family trip. Has to bring 3 kids last minute bc my parents got sick, so we unfortunately had to check out early and find a bigger room. Would like a little more detail online about space in the room.
