The location is prime and it’s very clean
I liked everything
It was convenient to where my daughter was staying.
The Tv was messed up the entire stay. We only had 1 channel. The water in the shower barely got warm so we had cold showers the whole stay. They tried charging for the breakfast that I had already paid for when booking the stay. We had to pay for parking each night when we had already paid to stay at the hotel.

Bed was uncomfortable, my comforter wasn’t clean; called the front desk and they did send housekeeping to change it.
The beach view.
Where to start.. outdated, and not taken care of. The maintenance doesn’t fix things and just puts a “bandaid” over the issue. There is water damage on everything, wear and tear on everything in the room from the chairs to the lamps and the bed side table. Also the floors were so nasty they turns my white socks black.
We loved our stay. The lobby and rooms are typical of a Hilton Garden Inn. We had a room that overlooked the pool and the Gulf beyond. The balcony was so comfortable to sit and read. I LOVED the lazy river, I had never been on one before and it was so relaxing. We were there before the start of the season, so the outside bar was just re-opening on our last day. The hotel was quiet, which we liked. I love the sound of the waves crashing, and they could be heard in our room. There was music on speakers on for several hours at the pool on our first few days there. And the waves could not be heard. They did turn off the music after I asked. We were the only people at the pool a lot of the time. We rented beach chairs for one day ($45 for two chairs and one umbrella) and if I had a do over I think I would have rented for three days. All the crew were friendly and helpful. Veronica, who I think is the general manager, is always available. She is such a hard worker.
The location and beach view were perfect. The staff was very professional and nice. The hotel and room was clean and quiet.

That it was right on the beach
The only complaint was how expensive there breakfast was so they didn't go back to the restaurant on site.
We were on our way back home to TX and stopped for the night to check things out. It was nice and liked that you can walk from the pool to the beach. We are trying to plan a trip in May
