Easy access to the beach
Out dated, only 1 elevator was working no access to water for 3 hours it was shut off for 1 part of the morning.
Location was good.
Only had one elevator working.
Bed was not comfortable. It had a dip in middle.

The location was great. And the people and staff were wonderful.
The rooms could use an update. The bed was not comfortable at all it was very hard. And that made sleeping horrible. The ice machine on the floor we were on was broken the whole time. And only one elevator was working..
The pool was nice.. parking garage was ok
1 of the elevators was down.. long wait for elevator.. rooms wasn’t clean enough and the floor of carpet was not properly installed… PATCHED UP WORK… ugly!
The location was close to the beach and room was nice and spacious! The front staff was nice and welcoming.

One broken elevator, other elevator slow had to end up taken the stairs some, toilet felt like it was going to fall over when you got up off of it, toilet stopped up one evening had to call the 1-800 number cause the phone didn’t work no one ever came, internet was awful worked very poorly which made the tv not work and I guess the phone, and the day we was checking out no hot water, and the lady that checked us in I understood she was new but holy cow it took us 30 mins to get checked in cause she could not count the cash I gave!!
It was right on the beach, staff was wonderful, and rooms were clean
WiFi was a bit iffy but we all have WiFi problems sometimes!

The beach access and the pool.
Only one elevator worked then on the first night the only elevator was out of order. I am 5.5 months pregnant and had to walk up the stairs to get to my room. Where the tv was sitting on there were pieces of wood missing. The shower did not drain properly. The ants were so bad on the balcony. Constantly had to get water to get them off. Some even came in the room.
I liked the location and that it was pet friendly and the staff was super professional
The carpets in the hallways and rooms are not clean I should be able to get out of bed and walk to the bathroom and not have to wash my feet

$50 charge for towel left on balcony rather than front desk AND one of two elevators inoperable last two days AND cost of breakfast compared to other facilities at this cost that include breakfast.
The staff at the front desk was very kind especially the man with the ponytail. My kids had a blast at the pool and I enjoyed walking down to the beach. The rooms were nice and very clean, but the toilet did run a bit and didn’t want to flush. Other than that we will definitely come back to this hotel.

The floor is so dirty it made my feet black, I understand dogs are allowed but this is just.. not good. Toilet leaked and clogged first time using. the whole room is just damp and musky. When leaving, the front desk workers were not the kindest either. Last minute planning so I didn’t have many options so this had to do. At least I know for next time👍
Our hotel room had cockroaches, the staff is full aware they are a problem. They were in the lobby. All that was offered was bug service and room clean. No room change, no discount, no apologies. Do yourself a favor don’t stay here!
It was clean and fun
The dryer didn’t work and I swiped my card before I knew it. Also the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. It would have been nice if they had out of order signs
