Would stay again
Pros:

The size of the room. Staff changed me per my request so was nice surprise to get the larger unit somewhat facing the water. Thank you for that. Nice boardwalk to the beach too

Cons:

Had a suite. One bathroom wasn't that clean. Furniture in living room pretty old , lamp shade lopsided, no ice on 6th floor.

Great place to take the family!
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the convenient access to the beach, and the enjoyable lazy river by the pool. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing didn't like was that the bed was too firm.

Oceanfront View, Motel-Level Conditions

This hotel was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve experienced, especially for the price. The property is in serious need of maintenance and deep cleaning.

The room had visible peeling paint, rust around the tub and on the bedside lamp, damaged and worn furniture, and fraying materials around the balcony door. The sitting chair provided in the room was visibly dirty and unpleasant to use. The shower had visible mold and mildew, which was unacceptable. In the bathroom, the wall covering appeared to be held up with tacks, adding to the overall neglected condition of the room.

The body wash dispenser was nearly empty upon arrival and remained that way even after housekeeping cleaned the room. Thankfully I brought my own toiletries, but basic items like this should absolutely be checked and refilled when preparing a room for guests. Housekeeping was only available upon request, yet the room was stocked with only two small face towels for a three-day stay.

The balcony and exterior areas also showed heavy wear and corrosion, giving the entire property a rundown and poorly maintained feel. While beach properties naturally deal with salt air and humidity, proper upkeep clearly has not been a priority here.

The ocean view was beautiful, but unfortunately it was the only redeeming quality of this stay. For the amount charged per night, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or well-maintained property.

If I could have left without losing money on the reservation, I would have checked out early.

A great quick weekend getaway which was much needed.
Pros:

I emailed in advance to request an ocean facing view and they came through! We loved it and will be back. Loved being able to reserve our beach chairs online, and liked the keyless entry via the app.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the sliding glass door was off track (room 508) and very difficult to open/close.
