It was purchase for our price and what and where we wanted to be. Kanny at the front desk was great.

A good budget option for French Quarter
Pros:

Good location (if you like French Quarter). Good value. Quiet during my stay, although you could easily hear conversation from next door. Wifi is good

Carpets are filthy - clean those and my rating is unqualified!

It was easy to get to and easy access to entertainment and restaurants!

Cons:

The room was not undated. The sheers and curtains were tour. Window panes were broken. The voice level from outdoors was very low because of old broken windows.

Pros:

Great location, close to everything but quiet inside the room. Very clean and cute. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Only thin blankets on the bed so if you like to be cozy, ask for an extra one. Also there were some lights in the room I couldn't hide in the dark (the ihome alarm clock, the light on the Roku TV).
