Lovely stay in an authentic French Quarter property. A short walk from all the entertainment and places of interest.
Pros:

Very clean and well presented. Staff were helpful and the hotel was very authentic for the French Quarter.

Cons:

Emplacement idéal et personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, la literie propre et la salle de bain, grande. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, si on veut visiter et découvrir la ville comme il faut.

Cons:

La chambre était bien simplement les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s'ouvrir donc la circulation de l'air était mauvaise et empêchait l'humidité de s'en aller.

Forced to file a chargeback to get my money back.
Pros:

• The Charge: Immediately debited my account for the highest night + tax months before the stay.
• The Service: Unresponsive. Every email address provided on the confirmation ignored my messages.
• The Broken Promise: Canceled over the phone and received confirmation, but the refund never arrived in the promised 3–5 business day window.
• The Resolution: Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get refunded.
A solid 1-star experience. They take your money instantly, but returning it requires a fight.

For a concert in New Orleans at the Joy Theater
Pros:

Balcony. Even though it's small and not as large as in the pictures (only 1 room on each floor looks like that) you will have 2 seats. No side table room but at least you can be outside & hotel has a good location. Believe me if you like a balcony room in New Orleans this is already a big plus. Next time I'll find out what the room #'s are for the bigger balcony spaces since they look really fine.

Pros:

Really is a special place. Beautiful building, attentive staff, amazing atmosphere. Around the block from bourbon Street, but we didnt hear any noise from it. Courtyard was pretty and peaceful. We hope to return someday.

Loved the Pool!
Pros:

The Staff was awesome. And the pool and courtyard were our favorite part.

Cons:

Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. I did not like leaving!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Every staff member was professional and friendly. Clean room and grounds, walking distance to everything we came to see.

Cons:

Rain poured in from balcony door. Not hotel's fault, but next time we know not to put any of our belongings by that side of the room.😆
