Pros:

ALL of the staff was incredible. A great parking garage and nice to have a small restaurant/bar in the hotel. Great coffee maker and pods in the room too!

Cons:

Having to leave oh and the bed pillows were not good :(

EVERYTHING. The staff was amazing. Betsy is THE BEST. She made my birthday stay even more special upgrading us to such a nice room with a large balcony with views of the street, and even had a thoughtful gift when I arrived to the room. I would be spending all the evenings out there just people watching and enjoying the New Orleans Vibes. It was honestly perfect.

The whole staff was so nice. The property is close to everything in the French Quarter - we would not have to walk more than 5 - 10 minutes.

It was very clean as well.

The courtyard area is also gorgeous with a pool that looks so inviting. Next time we come to New Orleans we will definitely stay here.

Great hotel with lots of charm-quiet, private and steps away from all the places you want to visit in the French quarter
Pros:

Location was exceptional. Steps away from all the things… Loved how quiet and private our room was! Liked the courtyard pool too!

Cons:

It is old but I knew that so was not upset. It had been updated in areas too! Very authentic New Orleans hotel.

Spectacular! We will definitely stay there again
Pros:

The location was perfect. I absolutely loved the staff they were very accommodating and attentive to the guest. When we arrived we got a tour of the amenities from the concierge.
