Le personnel l accueil et le petit déjeuner avec du choix et très bon. !

Cons:

Chambre petite et sombre.Lit avec une alèse comme un sac en plastique. Aucune petite attention style chocolat. Salle de bain avec un balai de toilette immonde ! Rien n est digne d un 4 étoiles. Et il faisait une chaleur épouvantable la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Hotel chaleureux et bien situé
Pros:

Cet hôtel est particulièrement bien situé dans la ville et très calme. Le personnel est sympathique, souriant et à l’écoute. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est diversifié avec des produits pour la plupart locaux. Nous choisirons très certainement cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Lyon.

Great location, great staff, but NO AIR CON. Not good enough.
Pros:

Fantastic staff. The young lady at breakfast was so helpful as was Aloise, Ethan and Michael. Breakfast was very good. Great variety to choose from. . Hotel Location is fantastic to access all tourist attractions.

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t open the window. The air conditioning was not turned on. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Zimmer war gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Toilette liess sich teilweise etwas schwer spülen, und es war häufig zu hören, wie ständig Wasser nachlief. Da sich das Badezimmer direkt neben dem Bett befindet, war dies etwas störend. In den meisten Fällen konnte das Nachlaufen des Wassers jedoch gestoppt werden.

Hotel bien sans plus, la situation est excellente. Le personnel est super sympa très à l'écoute et très serviable.

Cons:

Le WC (séparé de la salle de douche) est nul, hyper petit, avec une petite porte coulissante absolument pas au niveau de la catégorie de l'hôtel.
