L'hôtel est très bien situé.
Le petit déjeuner est bien diversifié et de qualité.
Ma chambre était propre et d'une taille correcte pour une personne seule.
Le pass pour le parking à un prix préférentiel ets très pratique.

Le personnel est très agréable, hôtel bien situé en plein centre. Petit déjeuner très correct beaucoup de choix et de qualité. Nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé un Sandwich entamé dans notre petit réfrigérateur, rien de grave il s'agit d'un oubli... nous l'avons signalé et il a été enlevé.

Suite à une indisponibilité de la carte pass pour le parking, nous avons même été surclassés. J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce geste! je recommande

Cons:

Le personnel à l'accueil était très sympa, la seule raison pour laquelle je ne vous met pas la note maximale sur cette catérgorie, est votre employé du petit déjeuner dimanche matin (femme cheveux courts avec des lunettes).
Elle S'adresse aux clients sans dire Bonjour, Désagréable avec presque tous les clients, agressive lorsqu'on ne sait pas quelque chose ou la sollicitons...
J'ai trouvé qu'elle ne correspond absolument pas aux attentes pour un Mercure 4*. Il faudrait la reformer. Sinon tous vos autres employés sont super.

La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Praticamente una camera loculo con finestra sulle scale d'emergenza buia, il water in uno sgabuzzino e la doccia fianco al letto. Nessun servizio aggiuntivo, pantofole, acqua, balsamo...nulla. ho pagato 320€ a notte senza colazione. Non avrei nulla da dire se avessi pagato 60/70€ vista la posizione centrale, ma 320€ è una follia

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cette établissement 4 étoiles qui n’est pas à la hauteur surtout le personnel.

Beaucoup trop cher. A ne pas renouveler.

L'hôtel est très bien placé
l'accueil est très bien. Le personnel est très gentil.
la décoration est plutôt soignée

Cons:

le prix de la chambre est effarant!: 308€ (sans le petit déjeuner) pour une chambre de 14 M2 avec un lit une place coincé entre 2 murs, une douche et une salle de bain minimalistes.
la salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et l'attente de 10 minutes pour avoir un café car une seule machine.
