Bad. Will not stay at another Hilton property again

Didn’t get to stay

Cons:

I called 2 days previous to ask if our room had a bath tub . I was assured we would have one. We needed one for my girlfriend that has gastro paresis. Hot baths to help her stomach pain. Turns out no rooms have them with exception of the accessible rooms. The staff person basically said I was out of luck and made it clear he was not interested in listening to me let alone helping
