Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, nettes Personal. Himmlische Betten. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich und Fitnessraum haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Dass man für die Flasche Wasser (0,5 Liter, Adelholzener, im Geschäft unter einen Euro)auf dem Zimmer 5 Euro zahlen soll, wenn man nicht Gold oder Silber Member ist, finde ich bei dem Preis die Nacht unverschämt.
Zahnputzbecher wären nett.

Didn’t meet my expectations
Pros:

The location was great, and getting from the airport to the event was very easy.

Cons:

I didn’t like that it was far too expensive for the experience provided. The room wasn’t very clean, and the floors outside were really dirty. The doors were also in terrible condition.

Bis auf den unsinnigen Empfang hat alles bestens gepasst

Wir kennen das Hotel und sind immer begeistert. Bis auf den Empfang am Abend hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

Cons:

Wir sind nach später Landung um 23:00 in das Hotel gekommen und haben uns schon sehr auf das Schlafen gefreut. An der Rezeption hatte der Mann vorerst keine Zeit, er musste noch Blätter sortieren und sonstiges am Rezeptionsschalter zurechtrücken, kein Hinweis, ich komme gleich zu ihnen. Erst als ich zu meiner Frau gesagt habe, was ist hier los, dann wurden wir beachtet und langsam aufgenommen. Nach zeitaufwendiger Aktion am Bildschirm gab es dann Zimmerschlüssel und fertig. Wir gingen in gewohnter Weise zum Lift, aber Karte funktionierte nicht, zurück an Rezeption und dann die Aussage: Ah bitte den hinteren Lift verwenden! Auf die Frage, warum haben sie uns nicht gleich drauf hingewiesen, kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst etwas positives.
Ganz anders am Vormittag beim Auschecken. Der junge Mann war freundlich, verstand Spaß und er hat uns den vortägigen Empfang vergessen lassen.

棟がいくつかあるので、どの棟か分かりづらく、貼り紙などして欲しい
部屋に置いてある水が、無料かと思ったら高い値段だった。他のホテルでは無料なので、残念でした
