Ignoring the smokers, we love the Embassy Suites and will be back.
Pros:

Overall, the property is excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room and sleeping accommodations are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The AA conference attendees spoiled our trip each time we exited the facility with their cloud of smoke at the front entrance. Your sign asks that smoking be 25 feet from the door. We had to walk through the people. I suggest moving the bucket and smoking post further away from the door or outside the elevator in the parking garage with specific directions where to smoke. The secondhand smoke was not good. For guests or new guests arriving, it wasn't a welcoming sight.

Overall, the stay was very good.
Pros:

Pet friendly, good breakfast, room and bed were comfortable. The atmosphere is so open and welcoming and clean. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying at the property again soon.

Cons:

It was disappointing to have to pay for parking on a parking lot. We understand paying for parking in the parking garage. A parking pass on the parking lot to hang in the window would avoid non-guest long-term parking.

I had a very restful, pleasant stay.

Lack of care from the staff, disappointing breakfast with no food left
Pros:

I stayed twice here in a weeks time. The first visit was decent and when I drove back through I decided to stay here again. The breakfast was good the first time.

Cons:

When I came here the second time (last night) most of the breakfast items were gone so we had to eat somewhere else (more money). When we tried to swim in the pool it was over run with a bunch of kids from a baseball team and they had no parents watching them. There were boys jumping and diving in the pool not to mention horse playing and being rough, my two girls didn’t even feel safe getting in. Another guest actually got into an argument with one of the kids in the pool area because he was throwing water from a cup all over them and some of the other guests who were in there. When the chaperone from the baseball team, who I might add was sitting at the bar drinking the entire time, came in there to see what the problem and commotion was about, she was justifying the kids behavior. The kid then started mocking the other guests and everyone left the pool area and we couldn’t even enjoy it. Also to add, that same night we asked for extra blankets from Damion and they were never brought up. What is the point of the pull out bed if there are no blankets for it and you can’t accommodate your guests with them? I’m HIGHLY disappointed and just want my money back because this visit made my trip even more stressful then it needed to be. As a person who stays at Hilton locations all the time, I expected better from the staff and the guests at the hotel - Amanda Holder

There’s plenty of hotels in the area. Go to a different one.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Asked to get extra blankets for the pull out bed and they were never sent up. No food left at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to close. Wasn’t able to use the pool facilities because there were a bunch of kids in it who were jumping in all over the other guests and they were rough housing. One kid was throwing cups of water at other guests while the parents and chaperones of the kids were at the bar getting drunk. No care from the staff as to what happens in the pool area.
