Pros:

I love the open lobby. I feel safe. I love the keyless entry. I can walk in and out without waiting in lines. Love this.

Cons:

The toilet made a whining noise every 30 minutes. The HVAC kicking on is insanely loud. the bed is very uncomfortable. The tissue box and tissues was soaking wet and moldy. The corner of the room is missing a big chunk of carpet and the wall paper is bubbling. The last two times I stayed the room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Unhappy customer.
Pros:

Front desk personnel and kitchen and dining room staff.

Cons:

Swimming pool being closed for 3 days. Promising my Granddaughter she could swim everyday, not 10 minutes one day. Housekeeping did not come get dirty towels or trash after being called twice, finally I went downstairs to complain and she came up. I had also told them that the sheets had a stain when we checked in and I wanted them changed. Nothing, I put a clean sheet on top of it and went to bed. Next morning I again talked to Housekeeping and again asked that sheets be changed. Bed was made with original sheets. Kids were in the pool with no parental supervision. I was told by manager on duty that Hotel manager would call me to discuss refund.
