Pros:

Great location, nice rooms.

Cons:

It’s way overpriced for what you get. They also have a key shortage? So between two of us we had to juggle having one key. This was an inconvenience because we car and went a different times.

Was a good location for my visit.
Pros:

The room was good, spacious and well stocked. I came to Manitowoc to visit the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, which was next the your hotel.

Cons:

The windows really need to be washed.

Very disappointing
Pros:

We loved that it was on the lake

Cons:

The hotel was dirty. Our shower /tub didn't drain properly. We brought it to the staff's attention and they apologized, but didn't compensate us. We were standing in 4 inches of water and the tub was filthy.
There were spiders hanging from the ceiling and all over the fixtures.
For $165 a night the continental breakfast had no hot food available and the hot tub was out of service.
We would not go back

Relaxing.
Pros:

The inn was quiet, clean, and nice. The breakfast was bare bones with dry cereal, bagels, milk, juice, and coffee. The hotel is right off of Lake Michigan, with a paved walking and biking trail next to the hotel. We would stay again if needed.

Plentiful views and lake breezes, downtown within walking distance and a wonderful museum.
Pros:

Location was great as we wanted to spend the short time we had near the lake. I appreciated the way the rooms angled for views of Lake Michigan. Staff was helpful letting us know some of the places we could get breakfast or lunch.

Very peaceful and clean!

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was great- super close to the YMCA. It was super quiet at the hotel- not busy at all. The pool was huge, which my kids loved.

Cons:

The breakfast could definitely be better (or just don’t offer breakfast.) It’s a table in the main lobby and there isn’t an area designed to eat breakfast. We were there Friday-Sunday and I can say the bathroom in the pool area wasn’t cleaned once. The same hair clip and hair ties remained on the floor our entire stay. The bathroom wasn’t dirty, and did have toilet paper and soap- so it was fine- but odd no one cleaned it once the 3 days we were there.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much

the breakfast was sparse.
Prefect location, I hiked the Ice Age Trail that is routed between the hotel and the channel.
