A Wonderful Respite
Pros:

The Amanzi is a fantastic hotel. This is our second stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and they also have a great breakfast. My favorite part of the room is the fireplace and the cozy seating area. It was still cool in Ventura, so it was a nice way to warm up.

Cons:

The location is the only drawback because it is next to the freeway, but they make up for the location in so many ways!

Pros:

The hotel has its pros and cons.

Ventura's downtown and ocean shore are in walking distance

- the hotel is small and therefore feels more private and quiet
- very friendly staff

- Very good breakfast with cooked hot beverages, including scrambled eggs and sausages
- fairly large rooms with renovated facilities - bathroom
- rooms have all the necessary accessories for travelers

The staff at the front desk and the cooks for the buffet in the morning are AMAZING!
Pros:

The location of the property was perfect. Downtown and the beach are 10 minute walks from the front door of the Hotel. Very clean facilities.

Nice hotel, convenient breakfast, although all breakfast items should be available until closing
Pros:

We liked the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

We got down to breakfast on a Sunday at 9:45 and there were only a couple of pieces of bread left and no fruit left. There was no pancake mix left. We were very disappointed that breakfast was supposed to be served until 1030 but by 9:45 many items were already gone and not replenished when requested, as we were told that there simply was no more.

So close to everything! Great distance to the Fairgrounds.
Pros:

It was a great breakfast. The room was huge. Separate closet which I loved. The outside was pretty. The spa and pool area was fun too! It is so close to the beach. We will stay here again.
