Pros:

Property js very clean, staff was excellent and have great customer service, location is excellent, beds were comfortable, price is reasonable, breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Courteous staff and a clean comfortable place to stay
Pros:

I loved the staff who signed me in my very clean, comfortable room and the bed was super comfortable

Cons:

The noise of the kitchen staff on the first floor woke me up several times as did the people who lives across the street

I would stay there again.
Pros:

I was happy because in the room I had the air conditioning didn’t blow right on the bed. Location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best.

My room, staff and breakfast food/staff....made me feel comfortable….
Pros:

Breakfast was very very good and tasty.

All staff members were for breakfast were very friendly. I only wished I remembered all their names….just it was the whole staff!

Also the front desk and the person who took care my necessities/room…. All with good attitudes and helpful….

Cons:

Parking!

Under ground garage was uncomfortable being a female but I survived.

Unfortunately my vehicle was dented😆! Not good!

We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Ventura.
Pros:

A balcony you can actually go out and sit on. Best hotel breakfast with delicious burritos. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The emergency light on the balcony cant be turned off which forces you to use the blackout curtains.

Pros:

Clean, every staff member we encountered was pleasant,friendly, and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Toiletries in the bathroom, over the top, towels soft and sizable. Every in-room appliance we could have hoped for! Drinks and bites allowed visit/relax time while enjoying good snacks. Breakfast was fantastic, even better at both eating experiences was the staff, very hospitable welcoming, interactive, was the best hotel I believe I've ever stayed at. This was my second time to enjoy the Amanzi experience, hope to do the same in the future. 👍

Cons:

Shortage of luggage carts at check out. Not a big deal, but you did ask.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

It was a beautiful property with many perks. It includes a full breakfast in the morning, wine and cheese in the afternoon, hot cookies at night. The hotel is a gorgeous property and well appointed.

Cons:

Nothing although it is very close to the highway we could not hear it

Always great.. except for the stupid light…

Rosa makes the best sausage breakfast burritos…the breakfast is always great.. thanks to all the staff for how hard they work.

Cons:

The light on balcony turn that peice of crap off…you come to the beach to open the doors and bring in the wonderful beach air and that ruins all of it, right along with with the blackout curtain..
