The location is kind of OK.

Cons:

I had to chase for the room service to clean the room, the lady on the reception was extremely passive aggressive with an attitude that does not work in customer service (it was really annoying to even have a conversation of 30 seconds with her), some towels came dirty one time.

Great overall, just be aware of extra charges
Pros:

Great room, modern and clean, good location, dogs allowed and very good breakfast. Electric car chargers within walking distance. There is a large park by the river for walking the dog and Marienaplats is a short walk from the hotel.

Cons:

Street parking was a bit difficult to find. The man who checked us in at night said there would be a surcharge of 10 Eur for the dog to be paid at checkout. This was not mentioned anywhere before check-in. Then when checking out, they told is it was actually 15 Eur. I don't mind paying extra for the dog, I just wish it had been communicated clearly from the start.
