Really dirty room.
Cons:

The room we checked into looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned beforehand. There were a bag of trash and a cleaning cart right outside our room. The bathtub was disgusting with hair and dirt. And a hand towel near the kitchen sink had obvious black stains.

Also, part of the room’s roof was just paper that could easily be removed, which made the noises from water pipes and stuff in the wall easily leak into the room.

The customer service was fine. They didn’t have another room of the same type available and agreed to provide me a free upgrade just so that I could switch to a different room. It’s worth noting that they didn’t offer the upgrade proactively. I raised the request and they said yes. At first their response to my complaint was simply to send someone to clean the room asap.

The spacious room and nice bathroom features made for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Overall space in the room with 2 queen beds. the double-sided vanity mirror, and an actual door to the toilette were my favorite aspects. Didn't get to use any of the amenities, but the check in area was very nice.

Cons:

Parking was hard to find when returning from dinner and the toilette pressure wasn't that great. After every flush I had to shimmy the flusher/plugger thing. But overall experience was fine.

Family friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel lounge was so nice and clean. The room was very space for regular double bed room. Compared to other inns adjacent, this place has way bigger room for the same price. We ended staying one more night.
Staff were so friendly offering extra hot chocolate for my kids.
They also offered board games for my kids. Very family welcoming place.

Cute places d convenient!
Pros:

Location was goods it is at one end of the Main Street but easy to walk to places we wanted to go to or all the way down the Main Street if we wanted. Staff was great. Room was comfortable good value. We would stay again at this location.

Pros:

Highly recommend this little slice of luxury in Solvang! From the moment we arrived, the welcome and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional, they remembered our names and our special occasion at check-in, which made the experience feel incredibly personal.

The room offered a great view, perfectly cold A/C, comfortable beds, and strong shower pressure. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, the perfect starting and ending point for all the fun Solvang has to offer.

Decepção.
Pros:

Localização.

Cons:

Tudo. O quarto com cheiro de velho, os lençóis das camas estavam amassados, toalhas pareciam mais trapos, tivemos que pedir para trocar, pois eram fedidas, amareladas e desfiadas. O hotel parecia mais uma pensão, precisa de uma boa reforma para se tornar um verdadeiro hotel.

A little high in price for location and cleanliness.
Pros:

The property was inviting. Offering happy hour, kid friendly with family movie showings and heated pool.

Cons:

The room was clean but a bit ran down and our room did have a small smell of Dog. They are pet friendly but our sons allergic to dogs and cats and there was a lingering smell.

Pros:

The property is in the corner end of downtown. With easy access to the downtown. It is pretty large property.

Cons:

The first room given to us was right next to the signal and you could hear continuous motor noise. The staff was nice enough to change that. The second room provided to us had a buffer so thankfully no motor sound.
For $300 per night that we paid, the room looks old. Although remodeled, most of the items inside are still old. The thermostat is so old it is difficult to adjust. The AC makes loud noise. The locker did not work. The WiFi also did not work. We had to login every 15 minutes.

It is definitely not as it was advertised.
I ignored the reviews that had similar complaints. I should have heeded them and planned my stay accordingly.
