Lovely hotel, with minor frustrations
Pros:

Lovely clean modern hotel with reasonably good facilities.

Cons:

Secondary glazing required for the bedroom. Extremely loud freeway metres from the bedroom woke me up very early.
Not keen on the adjoining room door either. Loud neighbours are not what I want to hear through a door.

Very pleasant stay in Calabasas. Very handy for restaurants and shops.
Pros:

I felt very comfortable with the place and very chilled vibes.

Cons:

I think the communal areas and lift needs some TLC but this process is happening from what I saw. Bit of my room a little bits like broken tile and round the fridge needed some attention. Would say tired NOT dirty or dangerous.

Pros:

The front desk and staff !

Cons:

They should steam clean the chairs to sanitize them more and get dirt out of them as well as check the furnitures far, no scratches or marks and the walls to make sure they keep clean and spotless!

Try to get a response after you check.out
Pros:

Hotel was nice, clean. Polite staff. Unfortunately I forgot some clothing and it took 2 weeks of calls and.online report before we just went there to collect the things. Couldn't get a callback from housekeeping (in xha4ge of the lost and found) despite numerous calls. Very disappointing.
