My stay was excellent and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. We were in town due to a family emergency - staff was able to add another room for relatives arriving short notice. I was also able to secure a room to move my sister over - this hotel was much nicer than the one she was in and she saved a bit each night.
The location is great and I will absolutely stay there again.

Cons:

Available parking on site is not great - having arrived late in the evening and then there are no spaces available was disappointing - a female, alone, having to park across the street in an empty/unsecured lot after midnight. There should be a better way to manage the parking, perhaps having someone at the other lot to ensure guests are safe.

Excellent value for the money.
Pros:

Good management, friendly and service-minded staff, very clean, great location.

Cons:

Only issue is the number of parking spots which gave a unit issue in one night. It eventually worked out.

Wednesday again, if is a friend in the Calabasas area as it was very convenient

Location was great farmers market on Saturday was wonderful

Cons:

Parking you had to pay for and I got boxed in by other cars parking in the red multiple times

Overall we lived the hotel and it’s an excellent location by Old Town and great eateries.
Pros:

Location, size of double queen room, safe area, helpful staff

Cons:

There are no shower doors! Just a half glass panel - makes for a a cold shower experience and the water gets all over the floor in the bathroom. Also for two guests there was only one bath towel each - should have two each. Also our room wasn’t ready for check in at 6:00 pm!
