Days Inn by Wyndham West Memphis

Terrible. Lights didn't work. Door wouldn't lock. Ice machine broken. Vending machine had single item. Towels stained. Yuck.

The manager has a attitude and doesn't know how to treat there guests Wyndham rewards are great they took care of everything

I paid for a night, and they charged 3 times the cost of the night plus a deposit. I called several times, and each time the manager's name changed, and they don´t have a solution. And the last Meet manager said he wouldn't issue a refund since there were no transactions, which makes no sense, since he didn't even review the transactions to verify the amounts and check whose name they were made. Be very careful with this hotel; it's not recommended. If you don't want to lose a lot of money, look for another place to stay.

Going through a remodel

I stay at alot of cheap hotels, I travel cross country often. So run down. They should have paid me to stay here. I slept with the light on. Floor was so gross turned my feet black. Woke up to car alarms going off TWICE. Looks NOTHING like the photos. Under construction but I’m sure it’s NEVER looked like the photos and it’s AI. Definitely didn’t even attempt the free breakfast.

I did not stay at the location. The review that was given and the picture of the hotel was very misleading. Money wasted if I cannot get my refund.

Not good service no food in breakfast

The floors in the room were nasty...like they were oily. Shower head leaked...sink sprayed water.
They said there was a hot breakfast...there wasn't. Coffee was weak.
Not impressed.

The employee was polite but when I asked for a room in the front he stated there was no rooms available in the front. He put me in the back in a filthy smoker room. I requested a different room then he gave me one in the front. The second room was filthy and dirty as well no hot water in the shower. The drawers on the dresser had bugs in it. Breakfast area was filthy and only have pancakes and light bread. Just horrible.

They should clean spiders in room.

Light switch inside the door did not work. Buttons on a/c did not work right. No chair in the room. Only a small cheap coffee table that looked like it came from a second hand store. People in the next room were loud and rambunctious all night. Sirens in the middle of the night followed by yelling voices made us feel unsafe. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was extremely friendly but I would not stay here again.

Room dirty, wouldn't let us see the room before paying, made it seem like a favor to give a non smoking room. Pool a mess and locked. Smells bad.

Everything was as stated. It was fine for a quick night's rest. Clean but older facility

The rooms were exactly what they say.They were.It was nice and quiet.The swimming pool people were polite and respectful.The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was excellent.I will recommend this place anyday
