It was fine for a one night stay before our flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty
Pros:

The front desk clerk was exceptional and the hotel was fairly decent

Cons:

The location seemed a bit shady. Our room didn’t seem very clean. There was hair on my bed and a stain on the sheets

The front entrance makes loading/unloading luggage difficult. No elevator also. Next to a cannabis store.

Pros:

Price, location, and friendly staff!

Cons:

We were told we could get a to go breakfast as we had to leave the motel by 6 a.m. to leave on a bus trip. Unfortunately, the breakfast lady didn’t know about it. I just said never mind as we were in a rush. We won’t plan on it for the next time.

Good place for a stop off of a road trip for a nights sleep
Pros:

Typical mid level type of hotel that has been remodeled, the bed was comfortable and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was typical of that level of a facility, nothing wrong, nothing special. Good for a stay on the way of travel.

Cons:

It is a bit out of the way for any entertainment or dining. I was able to walk to one place to eat about 1/2 mile away.

Pros:

Just off Rt I80 in Council Bluffs near to Omaha. The hotel looked brand new so the building was top rate. The room was a good average size and the breakfast very average.

Cons:

The bed was a bit soft and lumpy but otherwise comfortable to sleep in.

Someone else's hair all over the sheets and towels
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff

Cons:

There was hair in the bed and on the towels that was not mine or my husband's, but we were so tired by the time we got in that we didn't have the energy to ask for new sheets or a new room. It was not a good experience and I would never stay here again.
