I thought a brighter light by the coffee and refrigerator area would have been nice. That area of our room was pretty dark. But everything else was fabulous!
Toilet kept clogging told staff and nothing was done breakfast was overloaded with heavy salt could not even eat it tv kept going out of the WiFi router
The vibes and location.
Dirty. We found a blueberry and other trash in our room.
Across the street & walking distance from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was included in our stay. Really enjoyed our visit!
Would be nice if the bathroom had a separate door for the toilet & shower due to multiple people in the room, sometimes it's not suitable. Otherwise, if staying alone, then it's fine. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.
Good location.
The front staff. But all other staff was fantastic!
Great location. The 70's theme makes it stand out from the other hotels
The attached restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. Mattress was way too soft for me.
Location was nice and it was very cute and retro!
Housekeeping shouldn't knock on doors till 11am which is checkout time. They came to my door at 10:25.
Loved the Hotel vibe
The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful
Loved the location
Loved the courtesy parking
Loved the breakfast
Nothing not to like!
We got to our room, and the heat/AC wasnt working. I called down to the desk, and less than 5 minutes later, a repairman came in and fixed the issue (the plug under the unit had come loose). The free breakfast is amazing, and a wonderful perk! We always stay at this hotel when we come down, and this was out 3rd time here. We have a 4th stay already booked! Also, the pool is heated in the winter apparently! Didn't know that!
It was a great stay, I have nothing to add here.
The staff were excellent for a one night stay. We had plans to stay at other lodging in Gatlinburg however we decided to leave that hotel early because it was not a very good experience. So we left early and came here. They were very accommodating. Dinner was great at the restaurant downstairs and the rooms were very clean. They did a good job of remodeling this hotel. I can see how the noise others wrote about could be an issue however it was not an issue for us. Most of the hotels in the area have open hallways with doors facing roads anyway. We will be back.
We did not have the breakfast.
The bed could have been a little better, just felt like our feet were higher than our head. It’s all good!
It’s cute and all fun designs, the pool and airstream/food truck is the best part!
I only got 2 “free” breakfast while I had a party of 4. The other 2 being children. Advertising was wrong on the breakfast party.
And parking sucks!
The vibe was great and the staff was excellent
The shower was moldy in the corners and there was no hand soap at the sink.
The main area stair need a cleaning there was first and spider webs in the corners
This hotel was clean and close to everything! We enjoyed the pool and the food at the restaurant! The staff were all very nice and I would definitely stay here again!
Convince to the strip
No notified there would be a up charge once we checked in. No working ice machine for rooms.
Convenience, the Elvis show.
Wasn’t clean. It wasn’t roach filthy either but not Marriott Standards. Sunlight around the door. We never really got cold with the a/c all the way down. It was kinda warm still. Parking was a nightmare. You had to back out of the back lot if there were no spaces. Each time there was someone behind me so they had to back too. I had a child to carry plus stuff every time we went to the room. And I had to make multiple trips to the car because I had to park along ways away. The one night I had to park in the boot store parking lot. The breakfast is a joke. Only 2 people per room eat for free and it isn’t a continental breakfast it’s a restaurant.
