Would probably stay again but not in summer room is to hot. Housekeeneeds to be addressed.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was nice friendly staff in office.

Cons:

Housekeeping never brought us rags for second day that my husband asked for. Instead they came in room made up one of two beds, took up bath mat and didn’t leave a new one. Never left rags for second night but gave extra hand towels and towels we didn’t need. Didn’t leave new hand soap for day two. Also didn’t get our trash. It was like everything was half done . Also water pressure is not great at all. Room as slightly hot for my taste 66 didn’t feel like 66.

Toilet kept clogging told staff and nothing was done breakfast was overloaded with heavy salt could not even eat it tv kept going out of the WiFi router

We had an awesome time!
Cons:

I thought a brighter light by the coffee and refrigerator area would have been nice. That area of our room was pretty dark. But everything else was fabulous!

Clean, good price, convenient location.
Pros:

Across the street & walking distance from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was included in our stay. Really enjoyed our visit!

Cons:

Would be nice if the bathroom had a separate door for the toilet & shower due to multiple people in the room, sometimes it's not suitable. Otherwise, if staying alone, then it's fine. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.
