There should be posted signs about children not being in the hot tub. There were parents totally ignoring their kids as one jumped in and splashed us in the hot tub.

The food at the restaurant is 10/10, and the rooftop is absolutely beautiful.
It is warm, clean and comfortable. The location and the town of White Bear Lake is quant and beautiful
BWCI is a great Hotel with a great restaurant/bar on location. Our room was large, clean and super comfy. The friendly staff was always ready to help with anything we asked. Can't beat the location. You're in town so you can walk to everything. Great place! and that is why we keep coming back here when visiting White Bear Lake.

Food in the restaurant was exceptional.

Pillows small and uncomfortable
Coffee Nexpresso machine was an unexpected touch. Convenience to Rudy's is a special feature. Lively atmosphere in the pool area.
Parking difficult. Could have been a couple extra Handicapped spaces near the access doors. Front desk was poorly staffed.
White Bear Lake location is easy to reach and community is safe and beautiful.
Room is a little dark due to being on first floor for pet and needing curtains closed. Our room windows were next to 3 car charging spots.
