Decent location. Reasonable price.
First day was fine but noted dirty dishes in various places in the corridors that by the crust on them had obviously been there quite some time. Pool area was loud with kids. To be expected. Second day someone had a yapping dog that made the experience like overnighting in an animal shelter. Additionally obnoxiously loud completely inconsiderate guests showed up on day two again making the stay less desirable. People are just gross. Not the fault of the hotel.
Nice welcoming staff everybody was so welcoming
It was too loud eating breakfast or having dinner at the restaurant because people were swimming and being loud
Not much grass for the dog.
Very good breakfast. Best hotel eggs. Lots of breakfast selections. Very quiet night sleep.
The room wasn't ready at 3:00 pm check in. They had fully booked the rooms the night before. This hotel is often used to hold training for companies. It's mostly booked for employees to attend training there.
The restaurant had excellent staff and food

The so called polar bear drop at midnight was a joke was one of the reasons i stayed there the advertisement was not what happened it did not even work even the guy running it said it never works definitly would never go there on new years again
Very cozy and comfortable!
It is old and needs a total refurbishment
Room was spacious and a comfortable temperature. The young lady that does the breakfast is always so nice. Attached restaurant was nicely decorated with Christmas and the food was very good. Loved the newly remodeled walk in shower with the detached sink and mirror.
Would love to have a make up mirror that pulls away from the wall since I’m blind as a bat without my glasses. The second bed in the double queen room is too close to the air conditioning unit.
