Paraiso Patagonico Bungalows and Apart

Though a bit of a walk to town, it was comfortable and safe. We did have issue with the plumbing in the kitchen sink and it would have been nice to have instructions for how to use the gas appliances because we struggled with the stove and ended up accidentally turning off the hot water tank without realizing so no hot shower in the morning. Overall a nice place; would probably stay again.
Of note: El Calafate has a whole bunch of friendly dogs that will follow you along for walks and hangout at the cabin. We enjoyed this, making friends on our adventures! None of the dogs we met were vicious to us, though they do want food (most looked like they didn't need it though haha)

They said they would send me instructions a month prior to my stay and never emailed or texted me until 2 hours after I came to El Calafate. Then they wouldn’t even attempt to refund. Never go here people are rude. If they simply will refund for their error it is understandable. Instead they are telling me I should’ve researched out when I did and they said they will message me.

My stay at Paraiso Patagonico Bungalows and Apart was super relaxing peaceful. The property is very well maintained and the units are very comfortable and charmingly rustic.

Excelente local, muito aconchegante. Bem equipada. Um charme. Atendimento excelente e bem localizada. Perto do centro (uma caminhada leve). Recomendo.

Súper bien, limpio, calientito, todo perfecto. Los historia súper amables. Nos guardaron las maletas después del check out, todo perfecto.

Analia was very nice recommending what to do AND transportation options from the Town to the park of glaciers AND to El Chaltén

Ok place, but far from downtown, laundry no longer available, our room was definitely dated (but our friends' room was much better).

We didn‘t realised that instead of the bungalow we booked the appartment which was awful. On the pictures it was all from the Bungalows!
The appartment was bad equipped and no 3 bed, tv was old.

Cabanas situées à quelques kilomètres de la ville, au calme avec une belle vue sur le lac. Voiture garée devant la cabana. Pièce à vivre agréable, kitchenette bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Très bon petit déjeuner livré chaque soir et très copieux. Très mauvaise réception TV, WiFi correct. Par contre, chauffage au gaz presque impossible à régler et si il s'éteint on ne peut pas le rallumer.

I stayed in a apartment instead of a Cabana. The one bedroom flat, was really spacious, clean, flooded with natural light and really warm through out the day and night. Very good value for money. If the hike up the hill is putting you off, a taxi ride from downtown costs only $180-200 pesos.
