I love the location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Close enough to walk to the theater and restaurants. I was really happy to find a coffee machine in the office.

Cons:

only that there was only decaf coffee pods - no regular but I could have asked for some and didn't. my bad.

They steal your money don’t stay please ,will charge you twice and keep your deposit
Cons:

What I don’t understand is why they charged me twice and they pretend not to know anything about it..and haven’t gave me my deposit I thought i learned from last time not to go again same thing happened that I didn’t receive my 200$ deposit back.wont be staying here again and will get in contact with booking.please to avoid getting scammed don’t go to this hotel!

Super sweet and easy

Small convenient hotel, great value for the money.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Walkable to anything you’d need restaurants, groceries, the beach was two blocks away. Very clean safe property, great value well worth the price.

Solo women traveler's beware
Pros:

Other than the terrible location The price was good. Bed was good. It was clean. TV worked. The beach is very close. If you are in a group its prob fine in the day. Alone women beware.

Cons:

Bad location. Dont let the beach access fool you. Scary area. Be careful walking around. I didnt know this. I was followed from the beach all the way near to the hotel. After being approached and tried to seperate I recognized he was still there and now right next to me hovering like about to jump. I and turned to a nearby apartment building thankfully. It was VERY scary. I put a chair against the door that night.
There are so many dangerous homeless around with in a mile in every direction. The streets littered. The grocery store was locked down with guards and detectors. I spoke to them and they said do not walk at night.
All this Not really the hotel's fault.
The reception is small and they are behind protection shield. Which is warranted considering the shady area. Reception wasnt surprised with my claims. The area looks ok without really looking. But problems are around.
