Pros:

The AC was nice.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very accommodating to our family visitors that stopped by to say hello. The parking wasn’t the best either.

Will highly recommend to anyone seeking hotel services in this area. The rates were excellent and rooms were spot less.
Pros:

Easy centrally location to the pier. Room was very clean and appreciated great customer service from the office staff. Property grounds well kept up. Room rates were excellent!!!

If I take another cruise, I will definitely stay there and also recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The room had an extra bedroom if needed, separate and private. If not needed, it is locked. Great idea. The gentleman at the desk was kind and very helpful. Our vehicle was in a gated area!

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Great place, great staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning was out in the entire building. It was 89° in our room and we had to turn around and check out! I'm find another place to stay as it was too hot and staff did not give us the option of either staying with them or leaving before I gave incidentals.. I will never stay to Hilton ever again and I would really like a refund which I'm getting the runaround for!
