It was fine. I think there are better properties for the price.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I found it over priced for how dated the facility is. The pool was not cleaned well and needed maintenance. The parking is a nightmare and having to pay for parking when you spend 30 plus minutes looking a spot and walk forever is ridiculous.

Great location for the price. Bathrooms are incredibly small and you must sit on the toilet sideways in order to use it.
Pros:

Conveniently location near all of the attractions in Gatlinburg and a very friendly/professional staff.

Cons:

It’s obvious that the facility was remodeled, but the bathrooms are very small. In order to sit on the toilet, you must sit sideways in order to use it. The pool had entirely too much chlorine. So much chlorine that your eyes burn while sitting in the room with the pool. Also slip proof mats needs to be placed on the steps going to the swimming pool. We witnessed multiple people slip and fall. Also, there’s not enough seating at the swimming pool. Please increase food options on your menus. It would be nice to have microwaves in every room instead of having to go down the hall near the elevator just to warm up your food. That’s bogus.

Pros:

We love this place! The indoor water park is a plus.

Cons:

We stay at The Park Vista every Spring Break. This Spring Break was the most disappointing when it came to prices and charges. The rate we secured on booking.com was not honored for my family's room or my aunt's family room. We paid over $500 for our stay. However, online our prices were quoted at $298. I do understand the refundable incidental for each night. However, upon our departure we only received $75 back from the stay. They had waived our parking due to our room not being clean and ready upon arrival and the price . The math is not mathing.

Good start to our visit of the Smokies
Pros:

The kids really loved the pool with slide, the elevators facing the large patio, and the balcony facing the natural park. They also loved the bunk beds!

Cons:

My wife and I found the decor and furniture dated, the bathrooms small, and missed having a bathtub to bathe the kids in.

Nice amenities and location, rooms are worn and outdated.
Pros:

The amenities was nice.

Cons:

The rooms are very outdated, the furniture in the room is falling apart and old. The carpet in the room was tore up in the entryway, and there were no chairs on the balcony. Overall the quality of the rooms don’t match the price per night.

Should be given a free stay due too so many problems
Pros:

Just nice view

Cons:

We had two towels, no conditioner or shower gel. The room smelled like dirty feet and they said they had no rooms to move us but I seen they give a room to someone who walked and ask if they had any available

Overpriced for the experience
Pros:

We stayed here recently for a few days and the hotel needs a good cleaning and updating. The elevator floors were often wet with standing water I assume from the pool but no attention was ever given to them. The rooms are dated and could use a good deep clean. They are musty and my allergies acted up almost immediately. The air also never went below 70 no matter what the setting was. The front desk had 1 person working at peak check in time and she barely spoke, we had to keep asking about things that she should have told us up front. Overall it was an adequate stay but very overpriced for the experience.

Very bad stay
Pros:

Our sheets were never changed
Our room was in very poor shape, see pictures attached
No hot water after 11pm
The air never went past 71 the entire stay

Now for our stay issue, we thought we booked until Saturday but we did not. The only option they gave us was to charge our room $50 till 3pm. We were on top of the mountain and had to rush back to clear out our room by 3 because the desk informed us an extra night would be $600. We got back and they had locked us out of our room. Went back to the desk and they were laughing at us and needed our card to bill us the $50 before they would let us into our room. Very disappointed with this location. We frequent Hilton and have never been treated so poorly.

Pleasant but would choose other options next time.
Pros:

Location was good but you have to take your car when you go out to walk the strip. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool with slides.

Cons:

Parking was not free and it was difficult to find a spot. We had to circle several times to find a spot each time we parked. Tub stopper was broken and water filled the tub during the shower. No microwaves in room. We had a two room suite and the bunk bed room was very dark with no overhead lighting - very dim wall lights only. There were two bathrooms but only one tub/shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay but not the best value in our opinion.
