Loved the warm welcome with the fresh cookies. Beds were amazing and kiddos loved the pools and slides.
Road to get to hotel is kinda rough. Can only imagine what it may be like in the winter. Steep and sharp curves.

Being charged $20 per night (2 night stay) to park in the parking lot of the hotel I had prepaid to stay in. You say that is to cover the trolley and amenities however, that should be included in the price of your stay like any other hotel in town. Then I was going to be charged an additional $8.50 service fee to order a pizza in the dining room that I was going to wait there to get. (Not room service). It was also going to cost $5.50 to wash and $5.50 to dry one load of laundry. Due to this level of price gouging I will not be returning.

Nice views from our windows. Room service was quick. Nice lobby area. Very close to the park entrance.
Parking was tight. Loud at times due to open lobby area. Green water on the balcony from air conditioner. Pet area was hard to see. Room needed a little refresh.

Being charged 20 dollars for parking ,four dollars for a bottle of water after paying your rates. Some people had breakfast coupons but we weren’t offered any. I ask about a 15 percent special that was on your website for my dates and was told they had no idea I was talking about. It was on you’re web site
Staff was accommodating when 1st room was off
Rooms were very bland, piles of trash on the floor when going to our room, lots of stains on carpets, baseboards, dog urine pads inside one of the elevators. Paying for parking when we already are paying to stay

The location, the pool area, the outdoor areas, the staff, pet, friendly, hotel, and breakfast.
The hotel appeared due for a remodel and updated.
The AC struggled… Our room did not get below 71° the first night with the thermostat set on 64°. I called the front desk and had maintenance check it out. We were told it was a combination of being on the 12th floor (heat rises) and the sun hitting the windows of our room as it set. We cancelled the 3rd night and checked out early.
Shower appeared to be updated… but water handle fell off multiple times and the glass shower door would not stay closed and opened multiple times during showers and wet the floor so then we had to dry it.
It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it definitely didn’t meet the expectations. I had set as I have always seen the hotel and look forward to staying there.
