Overpriced and outdated
Pros:

We just visited the Park Vista hotel from August 20 to 25th. One of the only nice things about this hotel is the view. In rest I would recommend finding somewhere closer to the main strip. Parking is $18 per day billed automatically, laundry is $5 per wash $5 per dry only quarters, the rooms have outdated furniture that smells. The reception person seemed bothered when we asked for a luggage cart ( she said if there are none in front then look for them on the floors and it has 15 floors). The maintenance person was very helpful and found one fast. Last thing to say we bought a coffee and two croissants for $20.

I was parked on street told it was ok it was free but still got charged for parking in garage .

We did not know we had breakfast wish somebody told us .

I didn't like the water leaking in the balcony, it was hard for us to enjoy the view from there.

Our favorite place to stay in our favorite place.
Pros:

Love the Firefly lounge, especially Marina!! Love this hotel, everything about it. We stayed in a double king room with a mountain view for the first time, usually get city view. We were not disappointed. Will stay here again.

Cons:

The carpet by the balcony door was really wet and had a smell to it. Not enough for us to be concerned or complain about but it did stand out to us. The balcony is very slippery when it is wet, it rained a lot while we were there so we avoided going out on the balcony to prevent a fall. Maybe something with a grit could be painted on the balconies.

Está un poco viejo, incluso tiene un olor, he reservado en otros hoteles de la misma área y ex la primera vez que me dicen que tengo que pagar mi desayuno y el estacionamiento, también que te mencionen sobre propinas de la limpieza ex de mal gusto yo creo que eso ex personal si el huésped quiere, la bañera no se iba el agua estaba tapada.

Wonderful experience!!
Pros:

Staff was so nice. We had a problem with a shower drain, reported it and within 30 minutes they were in our room correcting the problem!! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond!!
