Staff was great but hotel was mediocre and needs updating. Definitely didn’t meet expectations.
Pros:

The location, the pool area, the outdoor areas, the staff, pet, friendly, hotel, and breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel appeared due for a remodel and updated.

The AC struggled… Our room did not get below 71° the first night with the thermostat set on 64°. I called the front desk and had maintenance check it out. We were told it was a combination of being on the 12th floor (heat rises) and the sun hitting the windows of our room as it set. We cancelled the 3rd night and checked out early.

Shower appeared to be updated… but water handle fell off multiple times and the glass shower door would not stay closed and opened multiple times during showers and wet the floor so then we had to dry it.

It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it definitely didn’t meet the expectations. I had set as I have always seen the hotel and look forward to staying there.

Very good time and would stay there again
Pros:

Location and nice view , architecture of building is interesting

Cons:

No breakfast, can’t get coffee until 7 am and only coffee in room was decaf , no free parking ( if staying at hotel) not many amenities for the price point

Ligging is top en er is een gratis shuttle naar het dorpje . Mooi zicht ( wij zaten op 8 e)

Cons:

Opletten voor beren op de parking maar wordt goed in de gaten gehouden.

Overpriced and outdated
Pros:

We just visited the Park Vista hotel from August 20 to 25th. One of the only nice things about this hotel is the view. In rest I would recommend finding somewhere closer to the main strip. Parking is $18 per day billed automatically, laundry is $5 per wash $5 per dry only quarters, the rooms have outdated furniture that smells. The reception person seemed bothered when we asked for a luggage cart ( she said if there are none in front then look for them on the floors and it has 15 floors). The maintenance person was very helpful and found one fast. Last thing to say we bought a coffee and two croissants for $20.

I was parked on street told it was ok it was free but still got charged for parking in garage .

I didn't like the water leaking in the balcony, it was hard for us to enjoy the view from there.
