All the free cookies you could ask for and they were delicious! Also Yona's Cafe was definitely a plus. Getting Starbucks quality coffee without leaving the hotel!
The view from the balcony was beautiful, we even seen 3 bears from the balcony walking down the street.
They had no chairs to sit and enjoy your room balcony

Staying three days, we opted for the suite with a large bedroom and separate sitting area with a sofa bed, two comfy chairs and a coffee table. The bathroom itself was small but adjacent to a much larger sink area, tucked away from the hotel room door. Both rooms had floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the town below. We stayed on the 9th floor and the night views were especially captivating with the twinkling lights of the city.
Great breakfast value – when booking, purchase breakfast tickets ($15 per room) for a bountiful breakfast with made-to-order omelettes; a fruit station; yummy Greek yogurt; bread, bagels and cereal; and a hot food section with bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, pancakes and biscuits (amazingly tender) with optional sausage gravy. A waitress will bring beverages to your table. Be sure to tip them!
The parking lot can get full at night so plan accordingly. You may not want to stay out until midnight. The city shuttle makes regular stops at the hotel. The hotel staff cautions against leaving food in your vehicles since the smell attracts bears.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff could have been a bit more attentive to details such as refilling the coffee packs and cups, as well as the liquid shower gel. They provide premium bath products. Be sure to bring your loofah!
Upon arrival, the stopper in the sink wasn't working properly. The hotel maintenance staff fixed it fairly promptly (only needed one reminder). The manager kept me apprised of the repair via texts. Nice touch!
I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit this beautiful part of Tennessee.

You can’t miss the hotel. It occupies the top most loop location. The hotel staff were great. If you can, stay in a room with Mountain View or decent view.
The hotel’s indoor swimming pool area is an excellent area for kids. We saw a bear taking a walk close to the pool area.
Room service for breakfast was good. Dinner was decent.
Need more luggage carts available
If you're looking for a beautiful view of the city of Gatlinburg and the mountains, this is your place. We had an incredible view of both from our room on the 15th floor. I requested the "City" view vs the "Mountain" view and believe I made the right choice. The hotel is a bit removed from town up a very steep hill, but a shuttle bus does provide transportation into town free of charge, which is great, because traffic in Gatlinburg is horrendous. The room was comfortable. I have to give a slight down grade for the condition of the balcony, though. There was a pool of water on the balcony from the air conditioner and spiders hanging from the ceiling which made standing on our balcony difficult and disappointing. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning in their downstairs restaurant. It was buffet style with offerings of just about everything you could want along with made-to-order omelettes. The chef was very friendly and made one of the best omelettes I think I've ever had. The servers were also very sweet and efficient. FYI - this is not a free breakfast. We were given a free, warm, very delicious cookie at check-in though. The desk clerk was friendly, but not very forthcoming with information, however. The lobby is beautiful and has many seating areas along with multiple tables for playing checkers. Again, if a panoramic view is important to you - this is your place, but it is far removed from town. You'll need the shuttle or hazard the drive and fight for parking with your own car.
