Cons:

The overall condition wasn’t pleasant, and there was clear neglect in cleanliness. Also, the hand and face wash was empty and not available, which is unacceptable, especially in a place that should maintain basic hygiene standards. I hope this issue will be addressed and improved as soon as possible.

Our stay was perfect as far as the room and the staff, who were so helpful and respectful.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and in the perfect location as we attended the Dawn service at the cenotaph.

Cons:

We found the buffet breakfast extremely expensive. We are aware there was a good range of food. But the bacon and sausages were cold. There were only scrambled eggs on offer and they were disgusting with a strange flavour. We essentially paid fifty dollars each for cold food.

Cons:

The TV's were 20+ years old and had no connectivity whatsoever so unable to put any movies in for the kids..
The air-conditioning and draft through the door made it sound as if we were on a plane and prevented me from sleeping.

Amazing location but a lot of things let it down. Not worth the expensive price tag.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The view was so nice and it was lovely to sleep to the sound of the ocean.

Cons:

The service was so basic and in a lot of ways less than adequate. The staff did the bare minimum and had a real vibe of not really caring about us in most interactions, but especially at the concierge.
I asked for a non-slip mat for the bath and was told they would organise that. I had to follow up 3 times and then was told that they don't provide them. We had a lovely bath, but with no non-slip mat, my husband couldn't use the bath/shower.
