Overall stay was good, hotel is right next to beach and not far from Shops. Brekkie was good

Cons:

room was a good size, balcony was dirty. smell in toilet when we checked in and it lingered for our stay even though visually toilets looked clean. carpets in hall way on floor 10 was grubby.

Cons:

It wasn't clean, and the shower was broken, so we couldn't bathe properly. We didn't complain, though, and we changed rooms. I hope the third time it's better. Everything was different when we booked.

I will definitely be returning to this hotel!!
Pros:

It was so beautiful! The perfume smell of the whole place was amazing, it had such a lux vibe. And the lobby was so pretty. The location was perfect!

Great staycation- just need to update tv/technology in rooms
Pros:

Staff were great, view was gorgeous & room was clean.

Disappointing management
Pros:

We dined at the Palisades on 6th August. The meal was delicious and the service good. All patrons were wearing coats and puffer jackets as it was very cold. I asked for the air conditioner to be turned up but it didn’t happen. Our meal went cold quickly due to the fans blasting out cold air. The lights above us were swaying in the breeze. When we told the manager on duty about our experience, she said that’s how management wants it.
We are locals and extremely disappointed in this experience. Plenty of other restaurants in Wollongong are more comfortable for dining.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable, lovely staff.

Cons:

The underground carpark is very strange and has lots of low hanging hoses, pipes and different levels of concrete. Our car which isn’t overly large brushed against a series of hanging flexible duct style hoses getting in and out. Reconsider going in with a large car.

Good hotel in a best location
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable and location

Cons:

Nothing, but we found the mattress was too soft. We stayed for one night so didn’t hurt much. For longer stay, it will be hard for people don’t like very soft mattress
