Dinner at the restaurant, drink at the bar. My son loved the pool

Cons:

Some of the F&B staff were not very well trained but they made up for it with friendliness

Great location / food / amenities
Pros:

Location - great spot - weather wasn't great so didn't get to explore much
Room - great location at the front - had a great view and it was nice to be able to open the window and get fresh air in
Bathroom - great shower and nice and clean - there was no body lotion in the dispenser which was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker
North Bar - had a great night in front of the fire - very enjoyable

Cons:

Bed - terrible - way too soft - i know some people like it but not us

Cons:

Alot of water issues in this hotel , showers keaking water all over bathroom floor , very dangerous. why do you have to pay so much for parking that the hotel has already.

We got a suit with one bathroom. We paid for two.
Pros:

We booked a beach front suit with two bathroom but we didn't get the same room we paid for. We had only one bathroom and hotel staff didn't help us. The photo provided of our booked suit n booking.com were completely different what we got in our room. We need a full refund from booking.com as we didn't get what we paid for ad it ruined whole experience.

Cons:

Wrong room description provided at the time of booking. All the photos of our room online were misleading and we didn't get we paid for.

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

The room has been renovated to a lovely standard. Great view of the beach and harbour from our room. The beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Great location.
